Claims (3)

  1. 서로 일정간격을 유지하는 한 쌍의 제1 및 제2기판과, 상기 제1기판의 내측면 상에 서로 일정간격을 두고 형성된 제1평행전극과, 그리고 상기 제2기판의 내측면 상에 서로 일정 간격을 두고 상기 제1평행전극과는 매트릭스 상으로 교차되도록 형성된 제2평행전극을 구비하고, 상기 제1 및 제2평행전극의 교차부분에서 소정의 방전셀을 형성하는 가스방전 표시장치에 있어서, 상기 제1기판의 내측면 상의 전면에 형성되는 보조전극과, 이 보조전극 상에 서로 일정간격을 두고 형성되는 평행절연층을 구비하고, 이 평행절연층 상에 상기 제1평행전극을 각기 형성하여 상기 제1 또는 제2평행전극과 상기 보조전극간에 가해지는 전위차에 의해 방전셀간의 크로스토크를 방지하기 위한 전위장벽을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전 표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평행절연층의 폭은 상기 제1평행전극의 전극폭과 같거나 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전 표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 또는 제2평행전극과 보조전극간에 가해지는 전위차는 이들간에 방전이 생성되지 않을 정도의 전위차로 설정하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전 표시장치.
