Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPRIMIDO DE DESAGREGAçãO RáPIDA APERFEIçOADO"<D>. A presente invenção tem como objeto um comprimido de partículas múltiplas aperfeiçoado que se desagrega na boca em contato com a saliva em menos de 40 segundos, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele é à base de partículas de princípio ativo revestido, as ditas partículas apresentando características intrínsecas de compressão e de uma mistura de excipientes, a proporção de mistura de excipientes em relação às partículas de princípio ativo revestido sendo de 0,4 a 6 partes em peso a mistura de excipientes compreendendo um agente de desagregação, um agente solúvel diluente de propriedades ligantes, um lubrificante, um agente permeabilizante, e vantajosamente lubrificantes, edulcorantes, aromas e corantes, a proporção de agente de desagregação e de agente solúvel em relação à massa do comprimido sendo de 1 a 15% em peso para o primeiro e de 30 a 90% em peso para o segundo.
