Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE MOLDAGEM TERMOPLáSTICA, MOLDAGEM, USO DE COMPOSIçõES DE MOLDAGEM, E, PROCESSO PARA USAR COMPOSIçõES DE MOLDAGEM". A invenção refere-se a um material de moldagem termoplástico contendo os seguintes ingredientes em relação à soma dos ingredientes A a C e opcionalmente D e E, que corresponde a 100%, em peso; a) 10-98% de pelo menos um poliéster aromático como o ingrediente A; b) 1-50% de pelo menos um copolímero enxertado em forma de partícula com uma temperatura de transição vítrea da fase mole de menos do que 0°C e um tamanho médio de partícula de 50-1000 nm como o ingrediente B; c) 1-50% de pelo menos um copolímero, que consiste dos monómeros: c1) 50-90%, em peso de pelo menos um monómero vinilaromático como ingrediente C1 e c2) 10-25%, em peso de acrilonitrila e/ ou metacrilonitrila como ingrediente C2, como o ingrediente C; d) 0-25%, em peso, de outros polímeros compatíveis, que podem ser homogeneamente misturados com os ingredientes A e/ou C ou dispersados nos mesmos, como o ingrediente D; e) 0-10%, em peso, de aditivos usuais tais que negro-de-fumo, pigmentos, estabilizadores de UV, retardantes de oxidação, agentes lubrificantes e agentes de liberação de molde, como o ingrediente E. A invenção refere-se também a partes moldadas, produzidas a partir dos referidos materiais de moldagem, usadas nos interiores de veículos motores, em adição ao uso dos referidos materiais de moldagem na produção de partes moldadas.
