Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE MOLDAGEM REFORçADA COM FIBRA,MOLDAGEM, COMPóSITO, USO DE COMPOSIçõES DEMOLDAGEM, E, PROCESSO PARA O AJUSTE DE PELOMENOS UMA DAS PROPRIEDADES DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DEMOLDAGEM". A invenção refere-se a materiais de moldagemreforçados com fibra contendo, em relação à soma doscomponentes A a F e possivelmente G a I, que se soma a um totalde 100% em peso, de a) entre e 96,86%, em peso, de pelo menosum policondensado, como componente A; b) entre 1 e 12%, empeso, de pelo menos um copolímero de enxerto particulado tendouma temperatura de transição vítrea na fase mole abaixo de0<198>C e um tamanho de partícula médio de entre 50 e 1000 nm,como o componente B; c) como componente C, entre 1 e 12%, empeso, de pelo menos um copolímero, que consiste dos seguintesmonómeros: c1) entre 50 e 90%, em peso, em relação aocomponente C, de pelo menos um monómero vinil aromático, comocomponente C1; e c2) entre 10 e 50%, em relação ao componenteC, de nitrila acrílica e/ou nitrila metacrílica, como componente C2;d) entre 1 e 20%, em peso, de fibras, como componente D); e entre0,01 e 15%, em peso, de um policarbonato, como componente E. f)entre 0,01 e 2%, em peso, de um negro-de-fumo, comocomponente F; g) entre O e 12 %, em peso, de um polímero, que édiferente do componente B, como componente G; h) entre 0 e20%, em peso, de um poliéster, que é diferente do componente A,como componente H; e i) entre 0,1 e 10%, em peso, de aditivosconvencionais, tais que estabilizadores de UV, antioxidantes,lubrificantes e agentes de liberação de molde como o componenteI. A invenção refere-se ainda a partes moldadas e a compósitosproduzidos a partir dos materiais moldados acima e ao uso dosreferidos materiais de moldagem, partes moldadas e compósitos.
