Abstract

본 발명은 모노비닐 방향족 화합물의 특성을 개선시키기 위해, 더욱 특히 이 화합물에 대해 내마노성을 개선시키고 마찰계수를 저하시키기 위한 방법과 장치를 기술하는 것이다. 당해 방법은 우수하게 미분된 저분자량 폴리올레핀 마찰 저하 재료를 화합물에 가하는 것을 포함한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 폴리스티렌 매트릭스에 고무 입자가 이산된 내충격성 폴리스티렌 중합체 (a)약 95 내지 약 99중량%와 분자량(Mn)이 약 1000 내지 7000이고 융점이 약 100℃보다 높은 고분자량왁스 (b)약 1 내지 5중량%의 블렌드를 포함하는 , 마찰계수와 분진 방지성이 개선된 내충격성 모노비닐 방향족 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량 왁스가 폴리에틸렌 왁스인 모노비닐 방향족 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 ASTM-D-1321로 측정하여 25℃에서의 침투도가 약 1미만인 모노비닐 방향족 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 융점이 105℃보다 높고 분자량(Mn)이 약 2000이상이며 침투도가 약 0.1미만 내지 약 0.5 이하인 모노비닐 방향족 화합물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 융점이 약 120℃이며 분자량(Mn)이 약 2800이고 침투도가 0.5미만인 모노비닐 방향족 화합물.
  6. 분자량(Mn)이 약 2000이상이며 융점이 약 105℃보다 높고 침투도가 약 1미만인 고분자량 왁스 약 5중량%이하를 추가로 포함하고, 폴리스티렌 매트릭스에 고무 입자가 이산된 내마모성이 개선된 내충격성 폴리스티렌 화합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 왁스가 저분자량의 폴리에틸렌인 내충격성 폴리스티렌 화합물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 스크류 압출기에서 용융혼합에 의해 폴리스티렌 화합물에 부가되는 내충격성 폴리스티렌 화합물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 내충격성 폴리스티렌 반응기로 유입되는 스티렌의 공급 스트림에 부가되어 폴리스티렌 화합물에 부가되는 내충격성 폴리스티렌 화합물.
  10. 수평균분자량이 약 1000을 초과하고, 융점이 약 100℃를 초과하며, 침투도가 약 1미만인 고분자량 왁스5중량%이하를 내충격성 모노비닐 방향족 화합물과 용융혼합시킴을 포함하는 , 마찰계수와 분진 방지성이 개선된 내충격성 모노비닐방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 모노비닐 방향족 화합물이 폴리스티렌매트릭스에 고무 입자가 이산된 폴리스티렌이고, 왁스는 수평균분자량이 약 2000을 초과하고 융점이 약 105℃를 초과하며 침투도가 약 0.5미만인 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 재료인 방법.
