Processo para preparação de um polímero reticulado enxertado com monómero compreendendo as etapas de i) ativar o polímero por irradiação; ii) arrefecer o polímero ativado, de modo a realizar aí a reticulação; iii) ativar o polímero reticulado por irradiação; iv) contatar o polímero reticulado ativado com uma emulsão compreendendo; a) um monómero insaturado b) um emulsificante, e c) água, durante um tempo suficiente para realizar o tempo desejado de enxertia.
