Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE CIRCUITO INTEGRADO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM DISPOSITIVO ELETRôNICO, E, DISPOSITIVO ELETRôNICO". Um dispositivo de circuito integrado compreendendo: um elemento de comutação de excitação de corrente tendo um eletrodo de entrada, um eletrodo de saída, uma região comutável compreendendo um material de polímero semicondutor eletricamente acoplado entre o eletrodo de entrada e o eletrodo de saída, e um eletrodo de controle eletricamente acoplado á região comutável de forma a permitir a aplicação de um potencial ao eletrodo de controle para variar o fluxo da corrente através da região comutável entre o eletrodo de entrada eo eletrodo de saída; e um segundo elemento do circuito, integrado com o elemento de comutação, e eletricamente acoplado com o eletrodo de entrada do elemento de comutação para receber uma corrente de excitação proveniente do elemento de comutação.
