Abstract

''SEPARADOR PARA UMA CéLULA DE COMBUSTìVEL DE BAIXA TEMPERATURA E MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DO MESMO'' A presente invenção se refere a um separador para uma célula de combustível de baixa temperatura a qual compreende um substrato S de aço inoxidável tendo uma superfície à qual partículas de carbono tais como partículas de grafite GP ou agregados de negro de fumo CA aderem com distribuição por pontos. As partículas de carbono estão preferivelmente ligadas através de uma camada de difusão DL à superfície do substrato S. A camada de dispersão de partículas de carbono pode ser uma camada de revestimento na qual as partículas de grafite GP ou os agregados de negro de fumo CA estão dispersos ou formada pela decomposição térmica de componentes orgânicos em uma tinta de dispersão de partículas de carbono aplicada à superfície do substrato S. Uma vez que as partículas de carbono livres de películas de óxido aderem à superfície do substrato S de aço inoxidável resistente a ácido, a resistência por contato do separador é suficientemente baixa. Consequentemente, um gerador de energia tendo uma pluralidade de células de combustível laminadas juntas apresenta uma alta eficiência de geração de energia com menor perda de calor causada por efeito Joule.
