Dispositivo para o tratamento de superfície de um substrato (3) por descarga elétrica dois eletrodos em uma mistura gasosa capaz de gerar subprodutos (por exemplo pós) que podem se depositar sobre os eletrodos, no qual um (9) dos eletrodos é um cilindro sobre o qual pode ser aplicado o substrato, meios sendo previstos para arrastar o cilindro e o substrato em rotação, e para ijetar a mistura gasosa entre os eletrodos, o dispositivo sendo notável pelo fato de o segundo eletrodo ser um cilindro-eletrodo (11), sobre o qual o substrato em passagem pode igualmente ser aplicado, e que é disposto paralelamente ao outro cilindro (9) com um intervalo apropriado.
