Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"TRANSMISSãO CONTINUAMENTE VARIáVEL DO TIPO PRATO OSCILANTE"<D>. é pretendido proporcionar uma transmissão continuamente variável do tipo prato oscilante capaz de proporcionar, automaticamente, um estado de bloqueio, em que as segundas válvulas de distribuição são paradas no ponto médio de seu curso a fim de cortar os orifícios de motor, quando o prato oscilante de motor fica vertical, mesmo sem usar qualquer mecanismo especial de travamento. Segundas válvulas de distribuição para colocar os orifícios de motor das almas de cilindros de motor em comunicação com um percurso de óleo de baixa pressão, seletivamene, de maneira alternada, são dispostas em paralelo com o eixo geométrico X de um bloco de cilindros; um prato oscilante de válvula para alternar as segundas válvulas de distribuição é integralmente combinado com um prato oscilante de motor no mesmo plano de inclinação; e os orifícios de motor são formados de modo a serem controlados, seletivamente, pelas segundas válvulas de distribuição em respectivas posições 90°C fora de fase na direção circunferencial do bloco de cilindros 4 com relação às almas de cilindros de motor correspondentes, as segundas válvulas de distribuição sendo paradas em pontos médios de seu curso, quando o prato oscilante de motor fica na vertical. Em uma unidade hidráulica do tipo prato oscilante para uso como uma bomba ou motor de óleo hidráulico do tipo prato oscilante, é pretendido obter a redução em tamanho radial da unidade hidráulica do tipo prato oscilante, ao mesmo tempo em que se assegura um curso de êmbolo mergulhador suficiente.
