Abstract
Patente da Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO PARA IMPREGNAçãO DE BOBINAS ELéTRICAS, E COMPOSIçãO DE RESINA EPóXI SELECIONADA PARA REALIZAçãO DA IMPREGNAçãO"<D>. Processo para impregnação de uma bobina elétrica que compreende um enrolamento compreendendo duas ou mais camadas consistindo de mais do que uma volta de um material condutor eletricamente na forma de fio com um material polímero que isola eletricamente as voltas individuais do material de forma de fio de um outro com a ajuda de uma composição de resina epóxi termicamente curável, cuja composição é sólida à temperatura ambiente e compreende os seguintes constituintes:(a) uma resina epóxi que é sólida em temperatura ambiente, selecionada entre (a1) poliglicidil éteres a base de novolacs; (a2) digicidil éteres a base de bisfenóis, e (a3) misturas de mais do que um dos componentes (a1) e (a2); (b) um agente de reticulação para o componente (a); (c) um acelerador adequado para a reação do componente (a) e do componente (b); (d) desde 17 a 70 por cento em peso, com base no peso total da composição, da carga selecionada entre (d1) carbonato de cálcio, (d2) farinha de quartzo, (d3) wollastonita cujas partículas têm uma razão média de comprimento para seção transversal que é menor do que 5:1; (d4) misturas dos componentes (d1), (d2) e (d3) e (d5) misturas dos componentes (d1), (d2), (d3) e (d4) com outras cargas inorgânicas; e que também preferivelmente compreende (e) desde 10 a 60 por cento em peso, com base no peso total da composição, de reforços inorgânicos na forma de partículas aciculares ou fibrilares com um comprimento de desde aproximadamente 0,05 até aproximadamente 2,5 mm que têm uma razão média de comprimento para seção transversal de 5:1 ou mais. a quantidade total do componente (d) e (e) sendo não mais do que 80 por cento em peso, com base no peso total da composição, entre outros abole com a necessidade de usar moldes sacrificiais e reduz por um múltiplo o tempo de cura necessária para completar o revestimento das bobinas, reduzindo-o à região de uns poucos minutos.
