Abstract

"SISTEMA DE ASSOALHAMENTO DE DUPLO TRAVAMENTO PARA UM LOCAL DE CONSTRUçãO". Trata-se de um método e de um aparelho para a construção de um sistema de assoalhamento com duas camadas para uso em um local de construção tal como um local de perfuração de poço de óleo. O sistema de assoalhamento é particularmente bem adequado para uso em áreas com solo seco, arenoso. O sistema de assoalhamento é formado pelo intertravamento tanto das extremidades quanto laterais de uma pluralidade de unidades de painel (10). Cada uma das unidades de painel (10) inclui duas camadas de placas (12, 14). A primeira camada (12) tem abas de travamento de extremidade (22) que se estendem além da borda (18) da primeira camada e fendas de travamento de extremidade correspondentes (24), formadas por placas selecionadas deslocadas (16). A segunda camada (14) inclui similarmente abas de travamento laterais (32) e fendas de travamento laterais correspondentes (34), também formadas por placas selecionadas deslocadas (39, 38). As disposições destas abas e fendas é tal que unidades com metade do tamanho (58) e unidades invertidas (60) podem ser utilizadas, permitindo que uma ampla variedade de padrões de unidades de intertravamento seja utilizada para o sistema de assoalhamento. O método de construção de um sistema de assoalhamento que utiliza tais unidades inclui posicionar uma unidade de painel (10) a adjacente a outras unidades de painel e inserir as abas (22) nas fendas correspondentes (24) para intertravar as unidades. Pelo intertravamento de uma pluralidade de tais unidades, um sistema de assoalhamento com duas camadas é fabricado em um local de construção que é forte o suficiente para suportar equipamento pesado de sustentação, sendo ainda facilmente instalado e removido.
