Patente de Invenção:<B>"UMA COMPOSIçãO ESTABILIZADA ARTIFICIAL DE FASES DE FOSFATO DE CáLCIO PARTICULARMENTE ADAPTADAS PARA SUPORTAR ATIVIDADE DE CéLULA DE OSSO."<D> Esta invenção refere-se a uma composição sinterizada artificial bioativa, para proporcionar uma morfologia capaz de suportar, consistentemente, a atividade de célula de osso nela. A composição compreende fases de fosfato de cálcio desenvolvidas pela conversão de uma sibstância de hidroxiapatita, na presença de entidades de estabilização em temperaturas de sinterização, em fosfato tricálcico insolubilizado e estabilizado. A presente invenção tem inúmeras aplicações em diagnósticos médicos para a determinação de atividade de célula de osso normal e anormal, bem como para as terapêuticas médicas, incluindo substituição e reparo de tecido de osso e dental, bem como na engenharia de tecido enxertado de osso ex vivo.
