Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a produção de um conjunto de discos (3), em que discos são cortados de uma fita magnética ou chapa magnética, colocados um sobre o outro para formarem um conjunto de discos (3), e ligados um ao outro dentro do conjunto de discos (3). o material dos discos é de tal modo localmente plastificado na área da borda através da geração de calor de fricção por meio de pelo menos uma ferramenta (9?) que o material pelo menos de discos vizinhos é misturado de tal modo com a ferramenta (9?) que depois do esfriamento do material plastificado estes discos são ligados um ao outro com fecho devido ao material. o dispositivo usado para tal apresenta pelo menos uma prensa de cortar e/ou um receptáculo para um ou vários conjuntos de discos (3). além disso, o dispositivo possui pelo menos uma ferramenta de solda que pode ser acionada de modo giratório em torno do seu eixo e ser deslocada transversalmente em relação ao seu eixo de rotação.
