Abstract
processo para produzir disco de freio, e disco de freio. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir um disco de freio tendo um formato periférico externo com projeções e recessos radiais formados repetidamente na direção periférica, o processo tendo excelente produtividade em que uma seção de face curvada pode ser formada uniformemente ao longo do perímetro inteiro de cada borda periférica externa do corpo de disco e em que nenhuma etapa de chanfradura é exigida para desbarbar. no processo , um corpo de disco (1) tendo um formato periférico externo com projeções e recessos repetidamente formados é meio recortado de uma superfície de um material laminado (w) na direção de espessura do mesmo, e então o corpo de disco (1) é recortado a partir da outra superfície do material laminaod (w) na direção de espessura do mesmo. assim, as seções de face curvada (1b, 1d) criadas por rolamento e contíguo às seções de face recortadas respectivas (1a, 1c) na superfície periférica externa do corpo de disco (1) são formadas nas bordas periféricas externas respectivas da dita uma superfície e da dita outra superfície, na direção de espessura, do corpo de disco (1) produzido de acordo com o processo acima mencionado. o diâmetro interno (r~ 11~) da matriz (11)que é usado na etapa de meio recorte é menor que o diâmetro externo (r~ 12~) de perfuração (12).
