Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 互いに重なり合っている複数の積層板から成る積層板パックを製造する方法であって、前記積層板を、電気帯板または薄板から切り出し、互いに積層させて前記積層板パックを形成させ、該積層板パック内部で互いに結合させるようにした前記方法において、
前記積層板(2)の材料をエッジ領域において少なくとも1つの工具(9’)を用いて摩擦熱を発生させることにより局部的に次のように可塑化させること、すなわち少なくとも互いに隣接しあっている前記積層板(2)の材料を前記工具(9’)により混合させて、可塑化した材料の冷却後に前記積層板(2)が融着されて互いに結合されるように可塑化させることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記工具(9’)を前記積層板パック(3)の高さ方向において移動させ、その際に前記積層板(2)の材料が接触領域において前記工具(9’)により可塑化されるような大きな力で前記積層板パック(3)に対し押圧させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工具(9’)を、その送り運動中にその軸線のまわりに回転可能に駆動させることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記工具(9’)を前記積層板パック(3)の軸線方向へ移動させることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記工具(9’)を位置固定し、且つその軸線のまわりに回転可能に駆動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記積層板パック(3)をその高さ方向において前記位置固定の工具(9’)に対し移動させ、その際に前記積層板(2)の材料が接触領域において可塑化されるような大きな力で前記工具(9’)に対し押圧させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記積層板パック(3)を2つまたはそれ以上の前記工具(9’)で処理することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 複数の前記工具(9’)が同時に前記積層板パック(3)を処理することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記工具(9’)が互いに独立に駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記工具(9’)が1つの打ち抜き操作部(6)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 複数の前記工具(9’)が1つの打ち抜き装置に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、少なくとも1つの打ち抜きプレス、および/または、1つまたは複数の積層板パックを受容するための少なくとも1つの受容部を備えた前記装置において、
前記装置が少なくとも1つの溶接工具(9’)を有し、該溶接工具がその軸線のまわりに回転可能に駆動され、その回転軸線に対し横方向に走行可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記工具(9’)が外側ヘッド(11)を有し、該外側ヘッドがその軸線のまわりに回転可能に駆動されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記外側ヘッド(11)内に、該外側ヘッド(11)と相対回転不能にまたは回転自在に結合されている中央ヘッド(12)が収納されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記中央ヘッド(12)が、前記外側ヘッド(11)の軸線方向において該外側ヘッド(11)に対し位置調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記中央ヘッド(12)が、スピンドル駆動部を用いて前記外側ヘッド(11)に対し位置調整可能であり、且つ好ましくは回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記外側ヘッド(11)と前記中央ヘッド(12)とが互いに同軸に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項10から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
