Description
Claims (11)
- 互いに重なり合っている複数の積層板(2)から成る積層板パック(3)を製造する方法であって、前記積層板(2)を、電気帯板(1)または薄板から切り出し、互いに積層させて前記積層板パック(3)を形成させ、該積層板パック(3)内部で互いに結合させるようにした前記方法にして、
前記積層板(2)の材料をエッジ領域において少なくとも1つの工具(9’)を用いて摩擦熱を発生させることにより局部的に次のように可塑化させること、すなわち少なくとも互いに隣接しあっている前記積層板(2)の材料を前記工具(9’)により混合させて、可塑化した材料の冷却後に前記積層板(2)が融着されて互いに結合されるように可塑化させ、
前記工具(9’)を前記積層板パック(3)の高さ方向において移動させ、又は、前記積層板パック(3)をその高さ方向において前記位置固定の工具(9’)に対し移動させ、その際に前記積層板(2)の材料が接触領域において前記工具(9’)により可塑化されるような大きな力で、前記積層板パック(3)に対し又は前記積層板パック(3)を前記工具(9’)に対し押圧させ、前記工具(9’)を撹拌式摩擦溶接工程の間その軸線のまわりに回転可能に駆動させる方法において、
前記工具(9’)が筒状の外側ヘッド(11)を備えており、当該外側ヘッド(11)内には中央ヘッド(12)が収納されており、当該中央ヘッド(12)は、前記外側ヘッド(11)に対し軸線方向において位置調整可能でありまた前記外側ヘッド(11)と回転不能に接続されており、また、それにより前記外側ヘッド(11)と共に前記工具(9’)の軸の周りで回転され、前記工具(9’)が、前記外側ヘッド(11)及び前記中央ヘッド(12)から構成され、前記工具(9’)の平らな端面(14)を用いて、前記積層板パック(3)の素材が当該素材の溶融点直下まで加熱されるような押圧力であって、前記工具(9’)の軸方向で作用する押圧力で、前記積層板パック(3)に当接し、前記工具(9’)が、前記工具(9’)の平らな端面(14)とともに、前記積層板パック(3)の高さ方向へ移動され、その際、前記工具(9’)のスラスト力と回転数が維持され、積層板パック(3)内で互いに重なり合っている前記積層板(2)の材料の混合が、同時に回転運動をする前記工具(9’)の送り運動によって、行われること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記工具(9’)を前記積層板パック(3)の軸線方向へ移動させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記積層板パック(3)を2つまたはそれ以上の前記工具(9’)で処理することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記工具(9’)が同時に前記積層板パック(3)を処理することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記工具(9’)が互いに独立に駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記工具(9’)が1つの打ち抜き操作部(6)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 複数の前記工具(9’)が1つの打ち抜き装置に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- シリコン・アルミニウム合金から構成されそのシリコン成分が、4重量%以上である電気帯板(1)または薄板が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、少なくとも1つの打ち抜きプレス、および/または、1つまたは複数の積層板パックを受容するための少なくとも1つの受容部を備え、また、少なくとも1つの溶接工具(9’)であって、その軸線のまわりに回転可能に駆動されまたその回転軸線に対し横方向に走行可能である溶接工具(9’)を備える、
前記装置において、
前記工具(9’)が外側ヘッド(11)を有し、前記外側ヘッド(11)がその軸線のまわりで回転可能に駆動されており、前記外側ヘッド(11)内に中央ヘッド(12)が収納されており、当該中央ヘッド(12)が、前記外側ヘッド(11)と相対回転不能に接続されており、また、前記外側ヘッド(11)の軸線方向において前記外側ヘッド(11)に対し位置調整可能であること
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記中央ヘッド(12)が、スピンドル駆動部を用いて前記外側ヘッド(11)に対し位置調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記外側ヘッド(11)と前記中央ヘッド(12)とが互いに同軸に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
