Abstract
a presente invenção revela um método de preparação de tecido de corda de poliéster com denier baixo e módulo alto, incluindo etapas de: fiar, reduzir volume de descarga de derretimento para extrudar fio com denier de 500 a 1.000 d; uso de motor de alta velocidade e rolo de calor, velocidade de fiação de 6.000 a 6.500 m/min para produzir fio cru; executar torção inicial e repetida de fio cru pela máquina de torção reta; executar tecelagem de fio torcido usar tear de jato de ar dornier para produzir tecido de corda, ao tecer e passar no pente, usar dois em um modo de pente, adicionar cinto de controle de tensão de fuso único de porta-bobinas e rolamento de rolo de porta-bobinas para melhorar uniformidade; executar mergulho de tecido de corda usando mergulho de dois banhos, ajustar temperatura de 250 a 260 graus celsius, tensão de 0,3 a 2,9 dan/cada fio de área-chave, velocidade de corrida de fio de 55 a 70 m/min. o tecido de corda de poliéster com denier baixo e módulo alto pode reduzir resistência de rolagem e consumo de combustível, e melhorar desempenho.
