Abstract
DISPOSITIVO PARA A REPRESENTAÇÃO POR IMAGENS DE MATERIAL BIOLÓGICO. A presente invenção se refere a um padrão de calibração (7) para um dispositivo (1) para a representação por imagens de material biológico (6), que é pelo menos parcialmente excitado para a luminescência durante a análise. O dispositivo (1) apre senta uma unidade de iluminação (2) com uma fonte de radiação, pela qual pode ser emitida uma radiação de excitação (15) eletromagnética. Ainda está previsto um elemento de recepção (3), assegurando que o material biológico (6) disposto em um suporte (5) está posicionado dentro de uma trajetória de feixe da radiação de excitação (15). Ainda, o dispositivo apresenta pelo menos uma unidade de geração de imagens (4), recebendo a radiação de luminescência (16) emitida pelo material biológico (6) em função da excitação pela radiação de excitação (15) e gerando uma imagem pelo menos das regiões do material biológico (6) excitadas para a luminescência. Para a calibração, o dispositivo apresenta um padrão de calibração (7), emitindo uma radiação de calibração em função da excitação pela radiação de excitação (15), registrada pela unidade de geração de imagens (4) e sob consideração da radiação de calibração registrada pode gerar um sinal de calibração em um dispositivo de controle (18). A solução técnica descri ta é caracterizada pelo padrão de calibração (7) apresentar um alojamento (9) com uma substância (12) que pode ser excitada para a luminescência neste e que está fixamente conectado com a unidade de iluminação (2) ou o elemento de recepção (3) com o auxílio de um meio de fixação (19).
