Abstract
1/1 resumo método e sistema para caracterizar a velocidade de movimento de partículas contidas em um líquido, como partículas sanguíneas o método de acordo com a invenção tem a capacidade de caracterizar uma variação na velocidade de partículas ou de aglomeração de partículas, em que as partículas, como partículas sanguíneas, estão contidas em um líquido (12). o método de caracterização inclui as seguintes etapas: introduzir o líquido (12) em uma câmara de fluido (14); iluminar a câmara de fluido (14) com o uso de um feixe de laser de excitação (18) emitido por uma fonte de luz (16), em que o feixe de laser (18) estende-se através da câmara de fluido (14) em uma direção longitudinal (x); capturar pelo menos uma imagem com o uso de um fotodetector de matriz (20), em que a imagem é formada por meio de radiação transmitida pela câmara de fluido iluminada (14); e calcular, a partir de pelo menos uma imagem capturada, pelo menos um indicador que caracteriza a variação da velocidade ou da aglomeração das partículas.durante a etapa de captura, o fotodetector (20) é posicionado a uma distância (d2) menor do que 1 cm da câmara de fluido (14) na direção longitudinal (x).
