Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo de inspeção de porção de soldagem e método de inspeção para o mesmo, com porção de extração para extrair luminescência de evaporação e radiação térmica". a presente invenção refere-se a um método de inspeção de porção de soldagem que inclui: irradiar um feixe de laser de soldagem ao longo de trajetórias de soldagem definidas em trabalhos diversas vezes ou irradiar um feixe de laser de inspeção ao longo de trajetórias de varredura definidas em uma poça de fusão dos trabalhos que é fundida pelo feixe de laser de soldagem diversas vezes; receber uma luz de retorno que inclui uma luz refletida a partir da poça de fusão do trabalho, uma luminescência de evaporação gerada devido à evaporação do trabalho e uma luz de radiação térmica radiada a partir da poça de fusão do trabalho; extrair um componente de comprimento de onda curto que contém uma luminescência de evaporação e um componente de comprimento de onda longo que contém luz de radiação térmica a partir da luz de retorno e inspecionar a condição de soldagem da porção de soldagem do trabalho com base em uma razão entre uma intensidade do componente de comprimento de onda curto e uma intensidade do componente de comprimento de onda longo.
