Abstract
aparelho para inspeção de porção soldada e método de inspeção da mesma. a presente invenção refere-se a feixe de laser de soldagem (l1) que é irradiado ao longo de locais de soldagem (c11, c12) definidos em peças de trabalho (w1, w2), ou a um feixe de laser de inspeção (l5) que é irradiado ao longo de locais de varredura (c51, c52) definidos em uma poça de fusão (y1) das peças de trabalho que são fundidas por radiação do feixe de laser de soldagem (l1), sendo que um feixe de laser retornado (l2) inclui luz de reflexão da poça de fusão, luz de vapor ocasionada devido à fundição e à evaporação das peças de trabalho e luz de radiação térmica emitida da poça de fusão é recebida e um estado de soldagem de uma porção soldada das peças de trabalho é inspecionado com base em uma intensidade de um feixe de laser retornado recebido em uma primeira região dentro da poça de fusão que está relativamente próxima a um dado ponto e uma intensidade de um feixe de laser retornado recebido em uma segunda região dentro da poça de fusão que é relativamente espaçada do dado ponto.
