resumo patente de invenção: "aparelho de inspeção de porção soldada e método de inspeção.". a presente invenção refere-se a um feixe laser de soldagem (l1) irradiado ao longo dos loci de soldagem (c11, c12) ajustado nas peças de trabalho (w1, w2), ou um feixe laser de inspeção (l5) irradiado ao longo dos loci de varredura (c51, c52) ajustado em uma poça de fusão (y1) das peças de trabalho (w1, w2) que são fundidas pela radiação do feixe laser de soldagem (l1), um feixe de luz retornado (l2), que inclui a luz de reflexão da poça de fusão (y1) das peças de trabalho, a luz do vapor gerada devido à fusão e à evaporação das peças de trabalho e a luz da radiação térmica emitida pela poça de fusão (y1) das peças de trabalho, é recebido, e um estado de soldagem de uma porção soldada das peças de trabalho é inspecionado com base em uma mudança da intensidade do feixe de luz retornado (l2) recebida desse modo.
