Claims (17)
- 生物学的物質(6)の画像ベースの表現のためのデバイス(1)であって、
前記デバイスは、放射線源を有する照明ユニット(2)を有し、前記照明ユニット(2)を介して電磁励起放射線(15)が放出可能であり、
前記デバイスは、前記励起放射線(15)のビーム経路内のキャリア(5)上に配置されている前記生物学的物質(6)を位置付けるためのレセプタクル(3)を有し、
前記デバイスは、少なくとも1つの画像生成ユニット(4)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの画像生成ユニット(4)は、前記励起放射線(15)を用いた励起に応答して前記生物学的物質(6)によって放出される発光放射線(16)を受け取り、少なくとも発光に励起される前記生物学的物質(6)の領域の画像を生成し、
前記デバイスは、前記励起放射線(15)を用いた励起に応答して較正放射線を放出する較正標準を有し、その較正放射線は、前記画像生成ユニットによって記録され、較正信号が、前記記録された較正放射線を考慮するコントローラ(17)において生成可能であり、
前記較正標準は、発光に励起可能である物質(12)で少なくとも部分的に充填される筐体(9)を有し、その筐体は、少なくとも1つの取り付け手段(19)を介して前記照明ユニット(2)または前記レセプタクル(3)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、
デバイス。 - 前記発光性物質(12)は、環境に対して前記較正標準(7)の前記筐体(9)の中で密閉されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記筐体(9)は、窓(8)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記窓(8)は、前記画像生成ユニット(4)の光学ユニットと前記較正標準(7)との間の画定された距離を確認するための印(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記窓(8)は、少なくとも1つの減衰手段を有し、前記発光性物質によって放出される前記較正放射線の強度は、前記較正放射線が前記窓(8)を通過する場合、前記少なくとも1つの減衰手段を通して低減させられることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記減衰手段は、前記発光性物質(12)に対面している前記窓(8)の表面上に配置され、部分的に透明なグレーフィルタおよび/または穿孔グリッド構造を有し、および/または、前記減衰手段は、前記励起放射線(15)および/または前記放出された発光放射線(16)のスペクトルに対して部分的に透明であるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記発光性物質(12)は、粉末の形態であるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちの1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記発光性物質(12)は、前記励起放射線(15)によって蛍光に励起可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちの1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記発光性物質(12)は、少なくとも蛍光色素および粉末石英(SiO2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちの1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記発光性物質(12)は、エポキシド樹脂または同等のポリマーを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちの1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記取り付け手段(19)は、前記筐体(9)に配置されている雄ねじ山として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のうちの1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記レセプタクル(3)は、顕微鏡のXYステージまたはマイクロアレイスキャナのサンプルレセプタクルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のうちの1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記較正標準(7)は、認証放射線源を使用して、または認証放射線源を介して較正された標準を使用して較正されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のうちの1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記照明ユニット(2)の前記放射線源は、標準に対して較正されたLEDであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のうちの1項に記載のデバイス。
- 生物学的物質(6)の画像ベースの表現のためのデバイス(1)を較正するための較正標準(7)であって、
前記較正標準は、発光、特に、蛍光に励起可能である物質(12)を少なくとも局所的に包囲している筐体(9)を有し、
前記較正標準は、励起放射線(15)に対して、および発光放射線(16)に対して透明である材料で少なくとも部分的に作製され、
前記較正標準において、発光に励起可能である前記物質(12)から遠隔にある側面上に取り付け手段(19)が提供され、その取り付け手段(19)は、生物学的物質(6)の画像ベースの表現のための前記デバイス(1)の中またはその上に取り付け可能であり、
前記取り付け手段(19)は、合致した輪郭を有する、前記デバイス(1)の対応物において繰り返し取り付けられる各場合において好適である、ねじ山、プラグ、またはラッチ要素を有することを特徴とする、較正標準。 - 前記筐体(9)の中に配置されている前記物質(12)は、粉末であり、少なくとも蛍光色素および石英(SiO2)を有するか、または、発光に励起可能であるエポキシド樹脂もしくは同等のポリマーを有するかのいずれかであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の較正標準。
- 前記較正標準が、顕微鏡のXYステージに、カメラユニットに、またはマイクロアレイスキャナのサンプルレセプタクルの領域中に恒久的に取り付けられている、請求項1〜16のうちの少なくとも1項に記載の較正標準の使用。
