Abstract

resumo método e dispositivo para substituir automaticamente um bico injetor em uma tampa deslizante de um recipiente metalúrgico a invenção refere-se a um método para substituir automaticamente o bico injetor de uma tampa deslizante (3) com um robô (2) para a manipulação da tampa deslizante com um dispositivo adequado, o bico injetor sendo capaz de ser apertado contra a placa deslizante da tampa deslizante por um anel de suporte que pode ser liberado girando. durante o processo de mudança o anel de suporte é girado, de acordo com a invenção, com um torque definido, por meio do qual o novo bico injetor é apertado com uma força de tensão da mesma forma definida contra a placa deslizante. desta forma é garantida a segurança operacional da tampa deslizante, independentemente de qualquer tolerância e outros desvios. o dispositivo para a implementação do método inclui uma lança de preensão (26) com garras de preensão (29) para manipular o bico injetor e um anel de preensão (12) com batentes (20) para manipular o anel de suporte. o anel de preensão (12) pode ser acionado por um cilindro hidráulico de rotação (14). um cilindro pneumático (31) é utilizado para acionar a lança de preensão (26).
