resumo da patente de invenção para: freio de disco com pastilhas de freio estabilizadas, e os respectivos métodos para a montagem e substituição de uma pastilha. a invenção se refere a um freio de disco que tem uma forquilha (11) com dois braços opostos (14) tendo cada um deles um assento axial em forma de c (16) projetado para receber uma pastilha de freio (12) com duas abas de suporte laterais opostas (26), recebendo cada aba de suporte (26) uma mola da pastilha (40) tendo pelo menos uma seção deslizante inferior (42), na qual um elemento laminar (22) é interposto entre a aba de suporte (26) e o assento em forma de c, tendo o dito elemento (22) um primeiro flange deslizante inferior (24) que recebe a seção deslizante (42) da mola da pastilha e um segundo flange de suporte vertical superior (25) no assento (16), caracterizado por o elemento laminar (22) ser elasticamente deformável entre um estado livre inicial, no qual o flange deslizante (24) e a face inferior (34) do assento (16) formam um primeiro ângulo agudo (?) e pelo menos um estado de carregamento pela mola da pastilha (40) em que o flange deslizante (24) forma um segundo ângulo agudo ou zero (?) que é menor que o primeiro ângulo agudo (?), e em que a seção deslizante (42) da mola da pastilha (40) é pré-tensionada. figura 3.
