Abstract
1/1 resumo substrato revestido com um empilhamento baixo-emissivo a invenção tem por objeto um material compreendendo um substrato (1) revestido sobre, pelo menos, uma parte de, pelo menos, uma de suas faces com um empilhamento de camadas finas compreendendo, pelo menos, duas camadas à base de um óxido transparente de eletrocondutor (2,3) separadas por, pelo menos, uma camada intermediária dielétrica (4) cuja espessura física é de, no máximo, 50nm, não sendo disposta nenhuma camada metálica entre as referidas camadas à base de um óxido transparente eletrocondutor (2,3), o referido empilhamento compreendendo, por outro lado, pelo menos uma camada de barreira a oxigênio (6) acima da camada à base de um óxido transparente eletrocondutor (2) a mais afastada do substrato (1), cada camada à base de um óxido transparente eletrocondutor (2,3) possuindo uma espessura física compreendida em um domínio indo de 20 a 80 nm.
