Abstract
Объектом изобретения является остекление, содержащее стеклянную подложку (1), снабженную на одной из своих сторон, предназначенной для образования стороны 1 указанного остекления в эксплуатационном положении, набором тонких слоев, содержащим, начиная от указанной подложки (1), слой (2) прозрачного электропроводящего оксида на основе оксида олова и индия с физической толщиной eв диапазоне от 50 до 200 нм, барьерный слой (3) из нитрида кремния с физической толщинойзатем слой (4) на основе оксида кремния, причем указанные толщины eи е, выраженные в нанометрах, таковы, что 0,11≤е/е≤0,18.
