도 3은 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조된 창호용 기능성 건축 자재에 대하여 내습성 평가를 위한 특정 조건 하에서의 광학 현미경 이미지이다.
도 4는 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조된 창호용 기능성 건축 자재에 대하여 내마모성 평가를 위한 특정 조건 하에서의 광학 현미경 이미지이다.

Claims (12)
- 투명 유리 기판 및 상기 투명 유리 기판의 일면에 형성된 저방사 코팅을 포함하고,
상기 저방사 코팅은 최하부 배리어층, 제1 유전체층, 하부 배리어층, 제2 유전체층, 제1 저방사 보호층, 저방사층, 제2 저방사 보호층, 제3 유전체층, 상부 배리어층 및 제4 유전체층을 상기 투명 유리 기판으로부터 순차적으로 적층되어 포함하고,
상기 최하부 배리어층은 제1 금속, 제1 복합금속, 제1 금속의 산화물, 제1 복합금속의 산화물, 제1 금속의 산화질화물, 제1 복합금속의 산화질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하고,
상기 하부 배리어층 및 상기 상부 배리어층은 각각: 제2 금속, 제2 복합금속, 제2 금속의 질화물, 제2 복합금속의 질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하고,
상기 최하부 배리어층, 상기 하부 배리어층 및 상기 상부 배리어층 각각은 단층 또는 다층으로 이루어진
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 금속은 Si, Zr 또는 Ti이고, 상기 제1 복합금속은 SiAl, ZrSi, 또는 TiZr인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 금속은 Si, Zr, Ti, Nb, Ni 또는 Cr이고, 상기 제2 복합금속은 SiAl, ZrSi, TiZr, NiCr, NiTi, NbZr 또는 NiTiNb인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 최하부 배리어층은 실리콘산화물, 실리콘알루미늄산화물, 지르코늄산화물, 지르코늄실리콘산화물, 티타늄산화물, 티타늄지르코늄산화물, 실리콘산질화물, 실리콘알루미늄산질화물, 지르코늄산질화물, 지르코늄실리콘산질화물, 티타늄산질화물, 티타늄지르코늄산질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부 배리어층 및 상기 상부 배리어층은 각각: 지르코늄질화물, 지르코늄실리콘질화물, 티타늄질화물, 티타늄지르코늄질화물, 니오븀질화물, 니켈질화물, 크롬질화물, 니켈크롬질화물, 니켈티타늄질화물, 니오븀지르코늄질화물, 니켈티타늄니오븀질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사층은 Ag, Au, Cu, Al, Pt, 이온 도핑 금속 산화물 및 이들의 조합을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사층은 방사율이 0.01 내지 0.3인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사 보호층은 가시광선 영역의 소멸 계수가 1.5 내지 3.5인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 저방사 보호층 및 상기 제2 저방사 보호층은 각각 Ni, Cr, Ni과 Cr의 합금 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유전체층, 제2 유전체층, 제3 유전체층 및 제4 유전체층은 각각: 제3 금속 산화물, 제3 금속 질화물, 제3 금속 산화질화물 및 이들의 조합을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하거나,
상기 적어도 하나에, 비스무트(Bi), 붕소(B), 알루미늄(Al), 규소(Si), 마그네슘(Mg), 안티몬(Sb), 베릴륨(Be) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소가 도핑된 물질을 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유전체층, 제2 유전체층, 제3 유전체층 및 제4 유전체층은 각각: 산화티타늄, 산화주석아연, 산화아연, 산화아연알루미늄, 산화주석, 산화비스무스, 질화실리콘, 질화실리콘알루미늄, 질화실리콘주석 및 이들의 조합을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 유리 기판은 80% 내지 100%의 가시광선 투과율을 갖는 유리 또는 투명 플라스틱 기판인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
