Claims (8)
- 誘電体基板の上に積層された実質的に中間色で低放射率の日照調整コーティングであって、
前記誘電体基板の上に積層されたスズ酸化物又はチタン酸化物からなる第1の誘電体層と、
前記第1の誘電体層の上に積層され、レニウム酸化物又はルテニウム酸化物からなる、1000Åより薄く、10000ohm−1cm−1より大きい導電率を有する第1の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層と、
前記第1の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層の上に積層されたスズ酸化物又はチタン酸化物からなる第2の誘電体層とを備えることを特徴とするコーティング。 - 請求項1に記載の日照調整コーティングであって、
前記第1の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物が、50000ohm−1cm−1より大きい導電率を有することを特徴とするコーティング。 - 請求項1に記載の日照調整コーティングであって、
前記第2の誘電体層の上に積層された第2の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層と、
前記第2の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層の上に積層された第3の誘電体層とをさらに備えることを特徴とするコーティング。 - 請求項1に記載のコーティングを備えた、実質的に中間色のコーティングされたガラス品であって、
ガラス基板、
前記ガラス基板の上に積層され、スズ酸化物又はチタン酸化物からなる第1の誘電性金属酸化物層、
前記第1の誘電性金属酸化物層の上に積層され、レニウム酸化物又はルテニウム酸化物からなる、10000ohm−1cm−1より大きい導電率を有する第1の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層と、
前記第1の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層の上に積層され、スズ酸化物又はチタン酸化物からなる第2の誘電性金属酸化物層とを備え、
放射率が0.3より小さく、可視光透過率が70%より大きく、総太陽エネルギー透過率が60%より小さいであることを特徴とするガラス品。 - 請求項4に記載のコーティングされたガラス品であって、
前記放射率が0.1より小さいことを特徴とするガラス品。 - 請求項4に記載のコーティングされたガラス品であって、
前記第1の誘電性金属酸化物層はTiO2を含み、
前記第1の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層はReO3を含み、
前記第2の誘電性金属酸化物層はTiO2を含むことを特徴とするガラス品。 - 請求項4に記載のコーティングされたガラス品であって、
前記第1の誘電性金属酸化物層はSnO2を含み、
前記第1の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層はRuO2を含み、
前記第2の誘電性金属酸化物層はSnO2を含むことを特徴とするガラス品。 - 請求項4に記載のコーティングされたガラス品であって、
前記第1の誘電性金属酸化物層はTiO2を含み、
前記第1の高導電性銀フリー金属酸化物層はRuO2を含み、
前記第2の誘電性金属酸化物層はTiO2を含むことを特徴とするガラス品。
