resumo patente de invenção: "método de moldagem por compressão a quente e matriz de moldagem por compressão a quente". a presente invenção refere-se a um método de moldagem por compressão a quente para moldar uma placa metálica aquecida (k) usando uma matriz de moldagem (20, 60) compreendendo uma matriz superior (21) e uma matriz inferior (20). de acordo com o método, a placa metálica aquecida é disposta entre a matriz superior e a matriz inferior, a matriz superior e a matriz inferior são trazidas juntas e a placa metálica retida entre as matrizes é comprimida. depois da placa metálica ser comprimida, um refrigerante na forma de um líquido ou nevo é suprido através de uma pluralidade de orifícios de suprimento provida à matriz inferior para uma superfície da placa metálica retida entre as matrizes, e uma vez que o refrigerante acabou de ser suprido, um gás é pulverizado sobre a superfície da placa metálica através de uma pluralidade de orifícios de suprimento. deste modo, é possível remover, com velocidade máxima, o refrigerante líquido aderindo à placa metálica quando o suprimento de refrigerante líquido é interrompido.
