Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO VULCANIZÁVEL, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO VULCANIZÁVEL, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE VULCANIZADOS COM BASE EM UMA BORRACHA DE NITRILA HIDROGENADA, VULCANIZADO OBTENÍVEL PELO PROCESSO E BORRACHA DE NITRILA HIDROGENADA São fornecidas novas composições vulcanizáveis com base em opcionalmente borrachas de nitrila hidrogenadas totalmente ou parcialmente contendo grupos epóxi, e reticulares específicos, que já não requerem o uso de reticulantes convencionais, mais particularmente enxofre. Os vulcanizados que podem ser produzidos a partir das mesmas possuem muito bons conjuntos de compressão a temperatura ambiente, 100ºC e 150ºC, e adicionalmente exibem elevada resistência a tração combinada com bom alongamento na ruptura.
