Abstract

borracha de cloropreno modificada com enxofre, moldagem, e, método para produzir a borracha de cloropreno modificada com enxofre. são fornecidos uma borracha de cloropreno modificada com enxofre com propriedades geradoras de calor reduzidas, uma sua moldagem, e um método de produção das mesmas. é obtida uma borracha de cloropreno modificada com enxofre na qual: as extremidades do polímero estão modificadas por pelo menos um tipo de composto selecionado de dissulfeto de tetrametil-tiuram, dissulfetos de tetraaquil-tiuram tendo grupos c~ 2~ - ~ 7~ alquila, e ditiocarbamatos de dialquila tendo grupos c~ 1~ - ~ 7~ alquila; o espectro de ^ 1^h-rmn medido em um solvente clorofórmio deuterado tem topos de pico a 3,55-3,61 ppm e a 3,41 - 3,47 ppm e a razão (a/b) entre a área de pico (a) a 3,55-3,61 ppm e a área de pico (b) a 4,2-6,5 ppm é de 0,05/100-0,50/100; e a quantidade extraída por uma mistura azetrópica de etanol/tolueno conforme fornecida por jis k 6229 é de 3,0-9,0% em massa.
