Abstract
切断時引張強さが高く、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する浸漬成形物を得ることができるクロロプレン系重合体を提供する。 本発明によれば、クロロプレン系重合体であって、温度25℃、歪み0.75%の条件下で、非共振強制振動法に則った引張型の動的粘弾性測定をした際に得られる、前記クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムの周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδが0.08~0.14であり、前記フィルムは、前記クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを、23℃以下で3日間乾燥させて得られる、クロロプレン系重合体が提供される。
Description
本発明はクロロプレン系重合体及び浸漬成形物に関する。
クロロプレン系重合体は、医療用手術手袋、医療用検査手袋、工業用手袋、風船、カテーテル、ゴム長靴などの浸漬成形物による浸漬成形製品の材料として知られている。
クロロプレン系重合体の柔軟性改良に関する浸漬成形製品用途のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスやクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物に関する技術は種々提案されている。特許文献1には、浸漬成形製品用途に関し、クロロプレンとメタクリル酸を共重合させて得られる変性ポリクロロプレン100質量部と、水90~150質量部と、乳化剤1~5質量部と、カリウムイオン0.5~2.5質量部を含有する、pH7~14のポリクロロプレンラテックスが記載されている。特許文献2には、浸漬成形製品用途に関し、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンを共重合させ、ポリクロロプレンの13C-固体NMRスペクトルにおいて、126.2~127.6ppmのピーク面積(A)、122.0~126.2ppmのピーク面積(B)、129.9~130.3ppmのピーク面積(C)が下記一般式(I)で示される範囲であるメルカプタン変性ポリクロロプレンラテックスが記載されている。特許文献3には、浸漬成形製品用途に関し、高分子量体と低分子量体を含むことにより、浸漬成形により作製された加硫ゴムにおいて優れた柔軟性と力学物性を両立できるクロロプレン重合体ラテックスが記載されている。特許文献4には、クロロプレンモノマーとイソプレンゴムの原料であるイソプレンモノマーを共重合させることで、優れた柔軟性かつ温和な加硫条件でも機械的物性が発揮されるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスが記載されている。特許文献5には、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスとイソプレン系重合体ラテックスを混合させることで、加硫促進剤を含まなくとも優れた柔軟性が発揮されるクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物が記載されている。特許文献6には、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスをベースにニトリル-ブタジエン系重合体(NBR)ラテックスやイソプレン系重合体ラテックスを混合させることで、優れた機械的特性が発揮される浸漬成形物が記載されている。
クロロプレン系重合体は、医療用手術手袋、医療用検査手袋、工業用手袋、風船、カテーテル、ゴム長靴などの浸漬成形製品の材料として用いられており、特に医療用ゴム手袋用途においては、切断時引張強さが高く、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する浸漬成形物を得ることできるクロロプレン系重合体が求められている。
本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、切断時引張強さが高く、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する浸漬成形物を得ることができるクロロプレン系重合体を提供するものである。
本発明によれば、クロロプレン系重合体であって、温度25℃、歪み0.75%の条件下で、非共振強制振動法に則った引張型の動的粘弾性測定をした際に得られる、前記クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムの周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδが0.080~0.140であり、前記フィルムは、前記クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを、23℃で3日間乾燥させて得られる、クロロプレン系重合体が提供される。
本発明者は、鋭意検討を行ったところ、温度25℃、歪み0.75%の条件下で、非共振強制振動法に則った引張型の動的粘弾性測定をした際に得られる、クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムの周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδを特定の値に制御することで、切断時引張強さ、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する浸漬成形物を得ることができるクロロプレン系重合体となることを見出し、本発明の完成に至った。
以下、本発明の種々の実施形態を例示する。以下に示す実施形態は互いに組み合わせ可能である。
好ましくは、前記クロロプレン系重合体のテトラヒドロフラン可溶分のゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー測定を行った際に、重量平均分子量が5,000~80,000のピークが検出される、前記記載のクロロプレン系重合体である。
好ましくは、前記クロロプレン系重合体が、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位を含有する、前記記載のクロロプレン系重合体である。
好ましくは、前記クロロプレン系重合体のテトラヒドロフラン可溶分のゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー測定を行った際に、重量平均分子量が5,000~80,000のピークが検出される、前記記載のクロロプレン系重合体である。
好ましくは、前記クロロプレン系重合体が、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位を含有する、前記記載のクロロプレン系重合体である。
本発明の別の観点によれば、前記記載のクロロプレン系重合体を含む、浸漬成形物が提供される。

本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体によれば、切断時引張強さが高く、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する浸漬成形物を得ることができる。
以下、本発明の実施形態を例示して本発明について詳細な説明をする。本発明は、これらの記載によりなんら限定されるものではない。以下に示す本発明の実施形態の各特徴事項は、互いに組み合わせ可能である。また、各特徴事項について独立して発明が成立する。
1.クロロプレン系重合体
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体とは、2-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン(以下、クロロプレンとも称する)に由来する単量体単位を含む重合体のことである。また、本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレンと、クロロプレンと共重合可能な他の単量体との共重合体とすることもでき、他の単量体としては、1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン、イソプレン、スチレン、メタクリル酸、アクリロニトリル、硫黄などを挙げることができ、他の単量体として、これらを2種類以上併用してもよい。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位を含むことが好ましい。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は硫黄を含まないものとすることもでき、本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、主鎖中に硫黄に起因する-S-S-構造を有しないものとすることもできる。
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体とは、2-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン(以下、クロロプレンとも称する)に由来する単量体単位を含む重合体のことである。また、本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレンと、クロロプレンと共重合可能な他の単量体との共重合体とすることもでき、他の単量体としては、1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン、イソプレン、スチレン、メタクリル酸、アクリロニトリル、硫黄などを挙げることができ、他の単量体として、これらを2種類以上併用してもよい。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位を含むことが好ましい。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は硫黄を含まないものとすることもでき、本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、主鎖中に硫黄に起因する-S-S-構造を有しないものとすることもできる。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、2種類以上の異なるクロロプレン系重合体を混合させることで得てもよい。クロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン(2-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン)の単独重合体、クロロプレンと1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体、及びクロロプレンと1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種を含有することが好ましく、クロロプレンの単独重合体及びクロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体のうち少なくとも一種を含有することがより好ましい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれるクロロプレン系重合体を100質量%としたとき、クロロプレンに由来する単量体単位を50~100質量%含むものとでき、70~100質量%含むことが好ましい。クロロプレンに由来する単量体単位の含有量は、例えば、50、55、60、65、70、75、80、85、90、91、92、93、94、95、96、97、98、99、100質量%であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれるクロロプレン系重合体を100質量%としたとき、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位を0~30質量%含むものとできる。2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位の含有量は、例えば、0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、22,23、24、25、26、27、28、29、30質量%であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレンに由来する単量体単位及び2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位を含むものとすることもできる。この場合、クロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体に含まれるクロロプレンに由来する単量体単位と2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位の合計を100質量%としたとき、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位を0~30質量%含むことが好ましく、5~25質量%含むことがより好ましい。
なお、クロロプレン系重合体が、2種類以上の異なるクロロプレン系重合体の混合物である場合、各単量体単位の含有量とは、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれるすべてのクロロプレン系重合体中の各単量体単位の合計を意味する。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれるクロロプレン系重合体を100質量%としたとき、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれる硫黄変性クロロプレン系重合体の含有量が、20質量%以下であることが好ましい。硫黄変性クロロプレン系重合体の含有量は、例えば、0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20質量%であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、硫黄変性クロロプレン系重合体を含まないこともできる。
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、温度25℃、歪み0.75%の条件下で、非共振強制振動法に則った引張型の動的粘弾性測定をした際に得られる、クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムの周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδが0.080~0.140であり、0.090~0.140であることが好ましく、0.100~0.140であることがより好ましい。周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδは、例えば、0.080、0.085、0.090、0.095、0.100、0.105、0.110、0.115、0.120、0.125、0.130、0.135、0.140であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
ここで、クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムは、クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを、23℃で3日間乾燥させて得られるものである。一例として、クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを、鉄製の金枠に厚さ1.5mm程度になるように注ぎ、23℃で3日間静置して揮発分を蒸発させて得た乾燥シートを、クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムとできる。すなわち、クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムは、クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスから、室温で水を除去したものであり、クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムは、クロロプレン系重合体に架橋・加硫反応等を生じさせる温度での加熱処理を加えていないものとできる。フィルム中に含まれるクロロプレン系重合体は、重合終了後、例えば、100℃以上の熱履歴を有しないものとでき、80℃以上の熱履歴を有しないことが好ましく、60℃以上の熱履歴を有しないことがより好ましい。
クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムはクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスが含み得る成分を有し得る。クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスについては、後述する。
クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムは、クロロプレン系重合体を主成分として含むものとでき、該フィルムを100質量%としたとき、クロロプレン系重合体を70質量%以上含むものとでき、80質量%以上含むことが好ましく、90質量%以上含むことがより好ましい。フィルムを100質量%としたときの、フィルム中のクロロプレン系重合体の含有率は、例えば、70、75、80、85、90、95、96、97、98質量%であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムは、クロロプレン系重合体を主成分として含むものとでき、該フィルムを100質量%としたとき、クロロプレン系重合体を70質量%以上含むものとでき、80質量%以上含むことが好ましく、90質量%以上含むことがより好ましい。フィルムを100質量%としたときの、フィルム中のクロロプレン系重合体の含有率は、例えば、70、75、80、85、90、95、96、97、98質量%であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムの厚さは、0.5~1.5mmであってよい。クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムの厚さは、例えば、0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9、1.0、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4、1.5mmであり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムの厚さは、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの固形分濃度によって調整することができる。
非共振強制振動法に則った引張型の動的粘弾性測定は、上記のクロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムを切り出し、短冊状の試験片(幅:4.5mm、長さ:30mm、厚み0.80~0.90mm)を作製し、得られた短冊状の試験片を用いて、行うことができる。測定条件は、静的張力5gf、温度25℃、歪み0.75%、チャック間:20mmとでき、具体的には実施例に記載の方法で測定することができる。
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδを特定の数値範囲にすることで、切断時引張強さが高く、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する浸漬成形物を得ることができるクロロプレン系重合体となる。
周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδは、クロロプレン系重合体を重合するときの原料の配合の種類及び量、用いる薬剤の種類及び量、並びに重合条件(例えば、重合温度や重合工程における原料単量体の分添の有無等)を調整し、得られるクロロプレン系重合体に含まれる単量体単位の種類及び量、並びに重量平均分子量、クロロプレン系重合体の混合比を調整することによって、制御することができる。
周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδは、クロロプレン系重合体を重合するときの原料の配合の種類及び量、用いる薬剤の種類及び量、並びに重合条件(例えば、重合温度や重合工程における原料単量体の分添の有無等)を調整し、得られるクロロプレン系重合体に含まれる単量体単位の種類及び量、並びに重量平均分子量、クロロプレン系重合体の混合比を調整することによって、制御することができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体のテトラヒドロフランに可溶なゾル分を、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー測定した際に得られる分子量分布において、重量平均分子量が5,000~80,000であるピークが検出されることが好ましい。重量平均分子量が5,000~80,000の範囲で検出されるピークのピーク位置は、例えば、5,000、6,000、7,000、8,000、9,000、10,000、11,000、12,000、13,000、14,000、15,000、16,000、17,000、18,000、19,000、20,000、21,000、22,000、23,000、24,000、25,000、26,000、27,000、28,000、29,000、30,000、35,000、40,000、50,000、60,000、70,000、80,000であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、2種類以上の異なるクロロプレン系重合体の混合物とでき、重量平均分子量が、5,000~80,000であるクロロプレン系重合体を含むことが好ましい。

本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、さらに重量平均分子量が、200,000~1,500,000であるクロロプレン系重合体を含むことができる。すなわち、本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体のテトラヒドロフランに可溶なゾル分を、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー測定した際得られる分子量分布において、重量平均分子量が200,000~1,500,000であるピークが検出されてもよい。重量平均分子量が200,000~1,500,000の範囲で検出されるピークのピーク位置は、例えば、200,000、300,000、400,000、500,000、600,000、700,000、800,000、900,000、1,000,000、1,100,000、1,200,000、1,300,000、1,400,000、1,500,000であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
クロロプレン系重合体のテトラヒドロフランに可溶なゾル分の分子量分布は、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)による重量平均分子量測定で得ることができる。GPCの測定条件は、実施例に記載のとおりとすることができる。クロロプレン系重合体の重量平均分子量は、各クロロプレン系重合体の重合において、連鎖移動剤の種類及び量等の処方、重合温度、重合時間、重合転化率等を調整することで制御することができる。また、後述のように、クロロプレン系重合体の重量平均分子量や、異なる重量平均分子量を有するクロロプレン系重合体の配合比を調整することで、損失正接tanδを調整することができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体のテトラヒドロフランに可溶なゾル分を、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー測定した際得られる分子量分布において、重量平均分子量が5,000~80,000であるピーク及び重量平均分子量が200,000~1,500,000であるピークが検出されることが好ましい。すなわち、本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、重量平均分子量が、5,000~80,000であるクロロプレン系重合体及び重量平均分子量が200,000~1,500,000であるクロロプレン系重合体を含むことが好ましい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体を100質量%としたとき、重量平均分子量が、5,000~80,000であるクロロプレン系重合体を、10~40質量%含むことが好ましく、15~30質量%含むことがより好ましい。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体を100質量%としたとき、重量平均分子量が、5,000~80,000であるクロロプレン系重合体を、例えば、10、15、20、25、30、35、40質量%含むことができ、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体を100質量%としたとき、重量平均分子量が、200,000~1,500,000であるクロロプレン系重合体を、60~90質量%含むことが好ましく、70~85質量%含むことがより好ましい。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体を100質量%としたとき、重量平均分子量が、200,000~1,500,000であるクロロプレン系重合体を、例えば、60、65、70、75、80、85、90質量%含むことができ、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
異なる重量平均分子量を有するクロロプレン系重合体の含有率を上記数値範囲内に調整することで、損失正接tanδをより適切に調整することができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体を含む浸漬成形物のJIS K6251に基づき測定した切断時引張強さが、17.0MPa以上であることが好ましく、20.0MPa以上であることがより好ましい。切断時引張強さは、例えば、17.0、18.0、19.0、20.0、21.0、22.0、23.0、24.0、25.0、26.0、27.0、28.0、29.0、30.0、31.0、32.0、33.0、34.0、35.0、36.0、37.0、38.0、39.0、40.0MPaであり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体は、クロロプレン系重合体を含む浸漬成形物のJIS K6251に基づき測定した100%伸長時モジュラスが、0.70MPa以下であることが好ましく、0.5MPa以下であることがより好ましい。100%伸長時モジュラスは、例えば、0.30、0.35、0.40、0.45、0.50、0.55、0.60、0.65、0.70MPaであり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
ここで、クロロプレン系重合体を含む浸漬成形物は、クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を浸漬凝固法により浸漬成形して得られる浸漬成形体を150℃で、60分間加熱乾燥処理して得た浸漬成形物とできる。また、浸漬成形物は、クロロプレン系重合体をベースポリマーとして含むものとでき、該浸漬成形物を100質量%としたとき、クロロプレン系重合体を70質量%以上含むものとでき、80質量%以上含むことが好ましく、90質量%以上含むことがより好ましい。浸漬成形物を100質量%としたときの、浸漬成形物中のクロロプレン系重合体の含有率は、例えば、70、75、80、85、90、95、96、97、98、99、100質量%であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。浸漬成形物は、具体的には実施例に記載の方法で得ることができる。なお、100%伸長時モジュラス及び切断時引張強さの測定方法は実施例に記載のとおりとすることができる。
クロロプレン系重合体を含む浸漬成形物の100%伸長時モジュラス及び切断時引張強さは、浸漬成形物に含まれるクロロプレン系重合体の種類(重量平均分子量及び含まれる単量体単位の種類と含有率等)及び量等を調整することによって制御することができる。
2.クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスは、本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体を含む。クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスはクロロプレン系重合体が、水中に分散しているものとでき、クロロプレンの単独重合体、クロロプレンと1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体、及び、クロロプレンと1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種が水中に分散しているものとでき、クロロプレンの単独重合体、又は、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体が水中に分散しているものであってよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスは、本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体を含む。クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスはクロロプレン系重合体が、水中に分散しているものとでき、クロロプレンの単独重合体、クロロプレンと1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体、及び、クロロプレンと1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種が水中に分散しているものとでき、クロロプレンの単独重合体、又は、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの共重合体が水中に分散しているものであってよい。
3.クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの製造方法
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの製造方法は、クロロプレンを含む単量体を重合させてクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを得る重合工程を含むものとできる。また、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの製造方法は、異なる重量平均分子量を有する2種類以上のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを混合する混合工程をさらに有するものとできる。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの製造方法は、クロロプレンを含む単量体を重合させてクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを得る重合工程を含むものとできる。また、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの製造方法は、異なる重量平均分子量を有する2種類以上のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを混合する混合工程をさらに有するものとできる。
重合工程において、単量体は、クロロプレンを含み、クロロプレンと共重合可能な他の単量体を含むこともできる。クロロプレンと共重合可能な他の単量体としては、1-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン、イソプレン、スチレン、メタクリル酸、アクリロニトリル、硫黄などを挙げることができる。単量体は、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンを含むものとすることもできる。
各単量体の種類及び仕込み量は、得られるクロロプレン系重合体中の各単量体が上記した数値範囲内となるように調整することが好ましい。一例として、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスに含まれるクロロプレン系重合体の2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンの共重合量は、クロロプレン系重合体に含まれるクロロプレン単量体と2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの合計100質量%に対して0~30質量%の範囲とすることもでき、この場合、乳化重合開始前の2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンの仕込み量を、クロロプレン単量体と2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン単量体との合計100質量部に対して0~30質量部の範囲とすることが好ましい。重合制御の観点から、クロロプレン単量体と2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン単量体との合計100質量部に対して、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンの仕込み量を、5~25質量部とすることがより好ましい。
重合工程では、重合開始までに重合工程に使用する原料単量体のすべてを重合容器に仕込んでから重合を開始することもできるし、重合開始までに重合工程に使用する原料単量体の少なくとも一部を重合容器に仕込み、重合開始後に原料単量体の残り(例えば、クロロプレンの一部)を分添することもできる。
原料単量体の少なくとも一部を重合開始までに、残りの原料単量体を重合開始後に添加する場合、残りの原料単量体、例えば、クロロプレンは1回又は複数回に分けて分割添加することもでき、一定の流量で連続添加することもできる。一例として、重量平均分子量5,000~80,000のクロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスを得る重合工程において、原料単量体の少なくとも一部を分添することができる。
原料単量体の少なくとも一部を重合開始までに、残りの原料単量体を重合開始後に添加する場合、残りの原料単量体、例えば、クロロプレンは1回又は複数回に分けて分割添加することもでき、一定の流量で連続添加することもできる。一例として、重量平均分子量5,000~80,000のクロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスを得る重合工程において、原料単量体の少なくとも一部を分添することができる。
クロロプレン系重合体を製造する際は、乳化重合、溶液重合、懸濁重合、塊状重合等の重合方法により原料単量体を重合する。これらの重合方法の中でも、制御しやすく、重合終了液からのポリマーを取り出しやすく、重合速度が比較的速い等、種々の利点がある乳化重合が好適である。
乳化重合は、ラジカル重合の一種であり、原料単量体を、連鎖移動剤、水、アルカリ(例えば、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム等の金属水酸化物)、乳化剤(分散剤)、還元剤(例えば亜硫酸水素ナトリウム)、重合開始剤などと共に反応缶中に投入して重合させる方法である。
乳化重合に際して用いる連鎖移動剤の種類は、特に限定されるものではなく、例えばn-ドデシルメルカプタンやtert-ドデシルメルカプタン等の長鎖アルキルメルカプタン類、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンジスルフィドやジエチルキサントゲンジスルフィド等のジアルキルキサントゲンジスルフィド類、ヨードホルム等のように、クロロプレンの乳化重合に一般的に使用されている公知の連鎖移動剤を使用することができる。連鎖移動剤としては、長鎖アルキルメルカプタン類が好ましく、n-ドデシルメルカプタンがより好ましい。
連鎖移動剤の種類及び量を調整することで、得られるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの重量平均分子量を調整することができる。
一例として、重量平均分子量5,000~80,000のクロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスを得るには、すなわち、分子量分布において、重量平均分子量5,000~80,000を示すピークが検出されるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを得るためには、乳化重合開始前の連鎖移動剤の仕込み量を、単量体100質量部に対して0.5~10.0質量部とすることが好ましい。この場合、仕込み量は、例えば、0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0、10.0質量部であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
また、一例として、重量平均分子量200,000以上、好ましくは、重量平均分子量200,000~1,500,000のクロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスを得るには、すなわち、分子量分布において、重量平均分子量200,000以上、好ましくは、重量平均分子量200,000~1,500,000を示すピークが検出されるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを得るためには、乳化重合開始前の連鎖移動剤の仕込み量を、単量体100質量部(例えば、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの合計100質量部)に対して0.01~0.10質量部未満とすることが好ましい。重量平均分子量500,000以上を示すピークが検出されるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス得るという観点では、連鎖移動剤の仕込み量は、より好ましくは0.02~0.05質量部であり、例えば、0.01、0.02、0.03、0.04、0.05、0.06、0.07、0.08、0.09質量部、0.10質量部未満であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。連鎖移動剤、特には、長鎖アルキルメルカプタン類の仕込み量を0.01質量部以上とすると、得られるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスから浸漬成形して得られる浸漬成形物の柔軟性が向上し、仕込み量を0.10質量部未満、特には、0.05質量部未満とすると、得られるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスから浸漬成形して得られる浸漬成形物の切断時引張強さがより高くなる。
乳化剤としては、アニオン性乳化剤、ノニオン性乳化剤等が挙げられる。アニオン性乳化剤としては、牛脂脂肪酸カリウム、部分水添牛脂脂肪酸カリウム、オレイン酸カリウム、オレイン酸ナトリウム等の脂肪酸塩;ロジン酸カリウム、ロジン酸ナトリウム、水添ロジン酸カリウム、水添ロジン酸ナトリウム等の樹脂酸塩;ドデシルベンゼンスルフォン酸ナトリウム等のアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩;β-ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物のナトリウム塩などが挙げられる。ノニオン性乳化剤としては、ポリエチレングリコールエステル型乳化剤、ポリビニルアルコール等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、アニオン性乳化剤が好ましく、樹脂酸塩が好ましく、ロジン酸及びロジン酸塩を含むロジン酸類が好ましく、ロジン酸カリウム及びロジン酸ナトリウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種がより好ましい。これらの乳化剤は、1種類単独又は2種類以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。乳化剤の使用量は、単量体100質量部に対し、好ましくは1.0~6.5質量部である。
特に乳化重合に用いる乳化剤は、アニオン性乳化剤を含むことが好ましく、樹脂酸塩、特にはロジン酸類を含むことがさらに好適であり、ロジン酸類を用いることでベースクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスとブレンドしたときにゴム固形分の凝集やpH変動をより高度に防ぐことができる。ロジン酸類は、不均化ロジン酸、共役樹脂酸、不均化ロジン酸のアルカリ金属塩、共役樹脂酸のアルカリ金属塩等を包含する。不均化ロジン酸としては、セスキテルペン、8,5-イソピマル酸、ジヒドロピマル酸、セコデヒドロアビエチン酸、デヒドロアビエチン酸、ジヒドロアビエチン酸、デイソプロピルデヒドロアビエチン酸、デメチルデヒドロアビエチン酸等が挙げられる。共役樹脂酸としては、アビエチン酸、パラストリン酸、ネオアビエチン酸及びレボピマール酸を挙げることができる。ロジン酸類は、得られるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスから浸漬して得られる浸漬成形物の切断時引張強さがより高くなる観点からは、共役樹脂酸を用いることが好ましく、アビエチン酸、パラストリン酸、ネオアビエチン酸及びレボピマール酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種類を含むことが好ましい。
また、本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの製造方法では、ロジン酸類に加え、一般的に用いられるその他の乳化剤や脂肪酸類を併用することもできる。その他の乳化剤としては、例えば、アニオン性乳化剤を含むことが好ましく、上記したアニオン性乳化剤に加え、芳香族スルフィン酸ホルマリン縮合物の金属塩、ドデシルベンゼンスルフォン酸ナトリウム、ドデシルベンゼンスルフォン酸カリウム、アルキルジフェニルエーテルスルフォン酸ナトリウム、アルキルジフェニルエーテルスルフォン酸カリウム、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルスルフォン酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテルスルフォン酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルスルフォン酸カリウム、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテルエーテルスルフォン酸カリウム等がある。
ロジン酸類を除くアニオン性乳化剤の含有量は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスに含まれるクロロプレン系重合体100質量%に対して0.2~1.0質量%が好ましい。このため、乳化重合開始前のロジン酸を除くアニオン性乳化剤の仕込み量を、単量体(例えば、クロロプレンと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンとの合計)100質量部に対して0.2~0.9質量部の範囲内とすることが好ましい。
乳化重合開始時の水性乳化液のpHは10.5~13.5であることが好ましい。水性乳化液とは、乳化重合開始直前の連鎖移動剤、単量体(クロロプレン、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン等)の混合液を指すが、各成分を後添加したり、分割添加したりすることにより、その組成が変わる場合も包含される。乳化重合開始時の水性乳化液のpHが10.5以上であると、より安定的に重合反応を制御することができる。pHが13.5以下であると、重合中の過度な粘度上昇が抑制されて、より安定的に重合反応を制御することができる。
乳化重合の重合温度は、5~55℃の範囲内とすることが好ましい。5℃以上だと乳化液が凍結せず、55℃以下だとクロロプレンモノマーの蒸散や沸騰がない点から好ましい。
重合開始剤としては、通常のラジカル重合で用いられる過硫酸カリウム、過酸化ベンゾイル、過硫酸アンモニウム及び過酸化水素等を用いることができる。
重合転化率は50~95%の範囲とすることが好ましい。重合反応は、重合停止剤を加えることにより停止させる。重合転化率が50%以上であると、得られる浸漬成形物被膜の切断時引張強さが高くなりやすい。また生産コストの観点で有利である。重合転化率が95%未満であれば、未反応の単量体の減少による重合反応性の低下を回避し、生産性の低下を避けることができる。
重合停止剤としては、例えばジエチルヒドロキシルアミン、チオジフェニルアミン、4-tert-ブチルカテコール、2,2'-メチレンビス-4-メチル-6-tert-ブチルフェノール等がある。乳化重合終了後の未反応単量体は、常法の減圧蒸留等の方法で除去することができる。
また、本発明の一実施形態の製造方法により得られるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスには、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で、重合後に凍結安定剤、乳化安定剤、粘度調整剤、酸化防止剤、防腐剤などを任意に添加することができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの製造方法は、上記重合工程の後に、異なる重量平均分子量を有する2種類以上のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを混合する混合工程をさらに有するものとできる。混合工程では、2種類以上のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを公知の方法で混合することができる。混合工程では、例えば、パドル翼用いて30~300rpmで20秒~3分間、一例としては、100rpmで2分間攪拌混合させることで、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを得てもよい。
4.クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを含む。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの他、金属酸化物と、酸化防止剤と、その他必要とされる薬剤を含み得る。クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物が含み得る金属酸化物と、酸化防止剤と、その他必要とされる薬剤の種類及び配合量等については、浸漬成形物が含み得る成分として、後述する。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを含む。本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの他、金属酸化物と、酸化防止剤と、その他必要とされる薬剤を含み得る。クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物が含み得る金属酸化物と、酸化防止剤と、その他必要とされる薬剤の種類及び配合量等については、浸漬成形物が含み得る成分として、後述する。
5.クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の製造方法
クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の製造方法は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスと、金属酸化物と、酸化防止剤と、その他必要とされる薬剤を含む原料を混合する原料混合工程を含むものとできる。
混合工程においては、予め、金属酸化物と、酸化防止剤と、その他必要とされる薬剤を含む水分散液を調製し、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスと、水分散液を混合することもできる。
混合工程は、ボールミル等の公知の混合装置で行うことができる。
クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の製造方法は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスと、金属酸化物と、酸化防止剤と、その他必要とされる薬剤を含む原料を混合する原料混合工程を含むものとできる。
混合工程においては、予め、金属酸化物と、酸化防止剤と、その他必要とされる薬剤を含む水分散液を調製し、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスと、水分散液を混合することもできる。
混合工程は、ボールミル等の公知の混合装置で行うことができる。
6.浸漬成形物(浸漬成形物被膜・フィルム)
本発明の一実施形態に係る浸漬成形物は、上記のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を用いて得られる。本実施形態の浸漬成形体は、前述したクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を、単独あるいは他クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物とブレンドしたのちに浸漬成形したものとでき、本発明に係る浸漬成形物は、クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を浸漬凝固法により浸漬成形して得られる浸漬成形体を150℃で、60分間加熱乾燥処理して得た浸漬成形物とできる。本発明に係る浸漬成形物は、切断時引張強さが高く、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する。当該浸漬成形物は、工業・一般家庭用手袋、医療用手袋、風船、カテーテル及び長靴として好適に用いることができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係る浸漬成形物は、上記のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を用いて得られる。本実施形態の浸漬成形体は、前述したクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を、単独あるいは他クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物とブレンドしたのちに浸漬成形したものとでき、本発明に係る浸漬成形物は、クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を浸漬凝固法により浸漬成形して得られる浸漬成形体を150℃で、60分間加熱乾燥処理して得た浸漬成形物とできる。本発明に係る浸漬成形物は、切断時引張強さが高く、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する。当該浸漬成形物は、工業・一般家庭用手袋、医療用手袋、風船、カテーテル及び長靴として好適に用いることができる。
本発明に係る浸漬成形物は、上記のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスに含まれる成分を有し得る。また、浸漬成形物は、クロロプレン系重合体をベースポリマーとして含むものとでき、該浸漬成形物を100質量%としたとき、クロロプレン系重合体を70質量%以上含むものとでき、80質量%以上含むことが好ましく、90質量%以上含むことがより好ましい。浸漬成形物を100質量%としたときの、浸漬成形物中のクロロプレン系重合体の含有率は、例えば、70、75、80、85、90、95、96、97、98、99、100質量%であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体を含む浸漬成形物は、加硫剤及び加硫促進剤の添加の有無を問わず、切断時引張強さ、100%伸長時モジュラスが低く、かつ優れた風合いを有する。また、本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、加硫剤及び加硫促進剤を含まないものとすることもでき、硫黄並びにチウラム系、ジチオカルバミン酸塩系、チオウレア系、グアニジン系、キサントゲン酸塩系、チアゾール系等の加硫促進剤を含まなくともよい。以下、本発明に係る浸漬成形物が含み得る成分について詳述する。
6.1 金属酸化物
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物は、金属酸化物を含むことができる。
当該浸漬成形物を得るために用いるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物中に含まれる金属酸化物は特に制限はなく、酸化亜鉛、酸化鉛、四酸化三鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化アルミニウム酸化鉄、酸化ベリリウム、酸化チタンなどが挙げられる。金属酸化物は、酸化亜鉛を含むことが好ましい。酸化亜鉛は、一般的にクロロプレン系重合体の脱塩素原子の補足剤として機能するとされる。また、これらの金属酸化物は1種類を単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を混合して使用してもよい。
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物は、金属酸化物を含むことができる。
当該浸漬成形物を得るために用いるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物中に含まれる金属酸化物は特に制限はなく、酸化亜鉛、酸化鉛、四酸化三鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化アルミニウム酸化鉄、酸化ベリリウム、酸化チタンなどが挙げられる。金属酸化物は、酸化亜鉛を含むことが好ましい。酸化亜鉛は、一般的にクロロプレン系重合体の脱塩素原子の補足剤として機能するとされる。また、これらの金属酸化物は1種類を単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を混合して使用してもよい。
金属酸化物の添加量は、当該浸漬成形物を得るために用いるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの固形分100質量部に対し、0.5~15.0質量部であることが好ましい。金属酸化物の添加量を0.5質量部以上とすると、ポリマー同士の架橋効果により切断時引張強さの向上が見込まれる。金属酸化物の添加量を15.0質量部以下とすると、柔軟性に優れた浸漬成形物を得ることができる。また、得られた浸漬成形物の柔軟性及び切断時引張強さとの物性バランスの観点から、金属酸化物の添加量は、0.5~5.0質量部がより好ましい。
6.2 酸化防止剤
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物は、酸化防止剤を含むこともできる。
酸化防止剤は、特に制限はなく、フェノール系酸化防止剤、アミン系酸化防止剤耐熱酸化(老化)防止剤、耐オゾン酸化防止剤等を用いることができる。得られる浸漬成形物を医療用手袋用途として用いる場合、浸漬成形物の色調や質感、衛生性の観点からフェノール系酸化防止剤を採用することができる。特に、ヒンダートフェノール系酸化防止剤が上記の効果が強い。ヒンダートフェノール系酸化防止剤として、例えば、2,2'-メチレンビス(4-エチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、2,2'-メチレンビス(4-メチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、4,4'-ブチリデン(3-メチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、4,4'-チオビス(3-メチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、p-クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応生成物、2,5'-ジ-t-ブチルハイドロキノン、2,5'-ジ-t-アミルハイドロキノンが挙げられる。この中でも、一般的に水系材料に分散可能である観点から、p-クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応生成物が望ましい。また、これらの化合物は1種類を単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を混合して使用してもよい。
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物は、酸化防止剤を含むこともできる。
酸化防止剤は、特に制限はなく、フェノール系酸化防止剤、アミン系酸化防止剤耐熱酸化(老化)防止剤、耐オゾン酸化防止剤等を用いることができる。得られる浸漬成形物を医療用手袋用途として用いる場合、浸漬成形物の色調や質感、衛生性の観点からフェノール系酸化防止剤を採用することができる。特に、ヒンダートフェノール系酸化防止剤が上記の効果が強い。ヒンダートフェノール系酸化防止剤として、例えば、2,2'-メチレンビス(4-エチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、2,2'-メチレンビス(4-メチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、4,4'-ブチリデン(3-メチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、4,4'-チオビス(3-メチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール)、p-クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応生成物、2,5'-ジ-t-ブチルハイドロキノン、2,5'-ジ-t-アミルハイドロキノンが挙げられる。この中でも、一般的に水系材料に分散可能である観点から、p-クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応生成物が望ましい。また、これらの化合物は1種類を単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を混合して使用してもよい。
酸化防止剤の添加量は、当該浸漬成形物を得るために用いるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれる、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの固形分100質量部に対し、0.5~10.0質量部であることが好ましい。酸化防止剤の添加量は、例えば、0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0、10.0質量部であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。酸化防止剤の添加量を、0.5質量部以上とすると、浸漬成形物の色調変化の抑制効果を得ることができる。酸化防止剤の添加量を10.0質量部以下とすると、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の安定性が担保される。また、得られた浸漬成形物の柔軟性及び切断時引張強さとの物性バランスの観点から、酸化防止剤の添加量は、0.5~5.0質量部がより好ましい。
6.3 加硫剤及び加硫促進剤
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物は、加硫剤及び/又は加硫促進剤を含むこともできる。また、当該浸漬成形物を得るために用いるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、硫黄及び先述のチウラム系、ジチオカルバミン酸塩系、チオウレア系、グアニジン系、キサントゲン酸塩系、チアゾール系等の加硫促進剤を含まないものであってもよい。すなわち、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物成形物は、加硫剤を含み加硫促進剤を含まないもの、加硫剤を含まず加硫促進剤を含むもの、加硫剤及び加硫促進剤を含むもの、加硫剤及び加硫促進剤を含まないものを包含する。加硫剤及び加硫促進剤を配合するか否かは、目的とする浸漬成形物に応じて決定すればよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物は、加硫剤及び/又は加硫促進剤を含むこともできる。また、当該浸漬成形物を得るために用いるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、硫黄及び先述のチウラム系、ジチオカルバミン酸塩系、チオウレア系、グアニジン系、キサントゲン酸塩系、チアゾール系等の加硫促進剤を含まないものであってもよい。すなわち、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物成形物は、加硫剤を含み加硫促進剤を含まないもの、加硫剤を含まず加硫促進剤を含むもの、加硫剤及び加硫促進剤を含むもの、加硫剤及び加硫促進剤を含まないものを包含する。加硫剤及び加硫促進剤を配合するか否かは、目的とする浸漬成形物に応じて決定すればよい。
加硫剤としては、例えば、硫黄等が挙げられるが、これに限定されるものではない。加硫剤の添加量は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれる、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの固形分100質量部に対し、0~10.0質量部とできる。加硫剤の添加量は、例えば、0、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0、10.0質量部であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
加硫促進剤は、原料ゴムの加硫に際して、加硫剤と作用して加硫速度を増大させ加硫時間の短縮、加硫温度の低下、加硫剤の減量、加硫ゴムの物性向上を目的として添加する薬剤であり、通常は硫黄加硫反応を促進する薬剤を指す。
クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの加硫に一般的に用いられる加硫促進剤としては、チウラム系、ジチオカルバミン酸塩系、チオウレア系、グアニジン系、キサントゲン酸塩系、チアゾール系等が挙げられるが、これに限定されるものではない。これらは1種類を単独で又は必要に応じ2種類以上組み合わせて用いられる。
チウラム系の加硫促進剤としては、テトラメチルチウラムジスルフィド、テトラエチルチウラムジスルフィド、テトラブチルチウラムジスルフィド、テトラキス(2-エチルヘキシル)チウラムジスルフィド、テトラメチルチウラムモノスルフィド、ジペンタメチレンチウラムテトラスルフィド等が挙げられる。
ジチオカルバミン酸塩系の加硫促進剤としては、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸ナトリウム、ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、N-エチル-N-フェニルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、N-ペンタメチレンジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸銅、ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸第二鉄、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸テルル等が挙げられ、特にジブチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛が好適に用いられる。
チオウレア系の加硫促進剤としては、エチレンチオウレア、N,N'-ジエチルチオウレア、トリメチルチオウレア、N,N'-ジフェニルチオウレア等が挙げられる。
グアニジン系の加硫促進剤としては、1,3-ジフェニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジン、1-o-トリルビグアニド、ジカテコールボレートのジ-o-トリルグアニジン塩等が挙げられる。
キサントゲン酸塩系の加硫促進剤としては、ブチルキサントゲン酸亜鉛、イソプロピルキサントゲン酸亜鉛等が挙げられる。
チアゾール系の加硫促進剤としては、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾール、ジ-2-ベンゾチアゾリルジスルフィド、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾール亜鉛塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロヘキシルアミン塩、2-(4'-モルホリノジチオ)ベンゾチアゾール等が挙げられる。
加硫促進剤の添加量は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれる、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの固形分100質量部に対し、0~5.0質量部とできる。加硫促進剤の添加量は、例えば、0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5、4.0、4.5、5.0であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
6.4 その他薬剤(複素芳香環系化合物)
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物は、クロロプレン系重合体において複素芳香環系化合物を含むことができる。
当該浸漬成形物を得るために用いるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物中に含まれる複素芳香環系化合物は、化学式(1)で表すことができ、ベンゾイミダゾール構造を有する。なお、本構造を有する化合物は、主にゴム組成物の配合においては二次老化防止剤として採用される場合がある。
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物は、クロロプレン系重合体において複素芳香環系化合物を含むことができる。
当該浸漬成形物を得るために用いるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物中に含まれる複素芳香環系化合物は、化学式(1)で表すことができ、ベンゾイミダゾール構造を有する。なお、本構造を有する化合物は、主にゴム組成物の配合においては二次老化防止剤として採用される場合がある。
化学式(1)において、メルカプト基のXは、水素原子、又は金属原子を表す。Xを水素原子とし、チオール基を有するものとすることもできる。また、Xは金属原子とすることもでき、金属原子としては、亜鉛、ナトリウム、銅、ニッケル、テルルを挙げることができ、この中でも亜鉛が好ましい。
化学式(1)中のR1~R4はそれぞれ水素原子、置換基を有してもよいアルキル基、置換基を有してもよいエーテル基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、カルボキシル基を示す。R1~R4はそれぞれ同一のものでもよく、異なるものでもよい。また、複素芳香環系化合物は、1種類を単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を混合して使用してもよい。
化学式(1)中のR1~R4はそれぞれ水素原子、置換基を有してもよいアルキル基、置換基を有してもよいエーテル基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、カルボキシル基を示す。R1~R4はそれぞれ同一のものでもよく、異なるものでもよい。また、複素芳香環系化合物は、1種類を単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を混合して使用してもよい。
複素芳香環系化合物としては、例えば2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、5-メチル-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、4-メチル-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、5-メトキシ-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、4-メトキシ-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、5-ニトロ-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、5-アミノ-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、5-カルボキシ-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、または2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾールの亜鉛塩などが挙げられる。この中でも、2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、5-メチル-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、4-メチル-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、5-メトキシ-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、4-メトキシ-2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール、2-メルカプトベンゾイミダゾールの亜鉛塩が好ましい。
複素芳香環系化合物の添加量は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に含まれるクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの固形分100質量部に対し、0.2~10.0質量部であることが好ましい。複素芳香環系化合物の添加量は、例えば、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0、10.0質量部であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。添加量を0.2質量部以上とすると、本組成物を用いて得られた浸漬成形物は非常に高い切断時引張強さが発揮される。添加量を10.0質量部以下とするとクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の安定性が担保される。また、得られた浸漬成形物の柔軟性及び切断時引張強さとの物性バランスの観点からは、添加量は、0.3~5.0質量部がより好ましい。
6.5 浸漬成形物の特性
本発明に係る浸漬成形物のJIS K6251に基づき測定した切断時引張強さは、17.0MPa以上であることが好ましく、20.0MPa以上であることがより好ましい。切断時引張強さは、例えば、17.0、18.0、19.0、20.0、21.0、22.0、23.0、24.0、25.0、26.0、27.0、28.0、29.0、30.0、31.0、32.0、33.0、34.0、35.0、36.0、37.0、38.0、39.0、40.0MPaであり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。特に、手術用手袋用途におけるASTM規格「D3577」においては、切断時引張強さ(破断強度)は17MPa以上と規定されており、20MPaであればさらに十分な機械的特性を示すといえる。
本発明に係る浸漬成形物のJIS K6251に基づき測定した切断時引張強さは、17.0MPa以上であることが好ましく、20.0MPa以上であることがより好ましい。切断時引張強さは、例えば、17.0、18.0、19.0、20.0、21.0、22.0、23.0、24.0、25.0、26.0、27.0、28.0、29.0、30.0、31.0、32.0、33.0、34.0、35.0、36.0、37.0、38.0、39.0、40.0MPaであり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。特に、手術用手袋用途におけるASTM規格「D3577」においては、切断時引張強さ(破断強度)は17MPa以上と規定されており、20MPaであればさらに十分な機械的特性を示すといえる。
本発明の一実施形態に係る浸漬成形物は、JIS K6251に基づき測定した100%伸長時モジュラスが、0.70MPa以下であることが好ましく、0.5MPa以下であることがより好ましい。100%伸長時モジュラスは、例えば、0.30、0.35、0.40、0.45、0.50、0.55、0.60、0.65、0.70MPaであり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。
当該浸漬成形物は、クロロプレン系重合体を含み、さらに酸化防止剤や金属酸化物を含むものとできる。また、上記の浸漬成形物は、加硫剤、加硫促進剤及びその他薬剤を含んでもよい。浸漬成形物の製造方法、切断時引張強さ、100%伸長時モジュラスの測定方法は実施例に記載のとおりとすることができる。
また、上述のように、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を含む浸漬成形物の切断時引張強さ、100%伸長時モジュラスは、クロロプレン系重合体を重合するときの原料の配合の種類及び量、用いる薬剤の種類及び量、並びに重合条件を調整し、得られるクロロプレン系重合体に含まれる単量体単位の種類及び量、並びに重量平均分子量、クロロプレン系重合体の混合比を調整することによって、制御することができる。
6.5 浸漬成形物の形状
浸漬成形物の厚さ(例えば最小の厚さ)は、0.01~0.50mmであってよい。浸漬成形物の厚さは、例えば、0.01、0.05、0.10、0.20、0.30、0.40、0.50mmであり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。浸漬成形物の厚さは、成形型を重合体ラテックス組成物に浸漬する時間、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の固形分濃度等によって調整することができる。浸漬成形物の厚さを薄くしたい場合、浸漬時間を短縮し、又は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の固形分濃度を低くすればよい。
浸漬成形物の厚さ(例えば最小の厚さ)は、0.01~0.50mmであってよい。浸漬成形物の厚さは、例えば、0.01、0.05、0.10、0.20、0.30、0.40、0.50mmであり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。浸漬成形物の厚さは、成形型を重合体ラテックス組成物に浸漬する時間、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の固形分濃度等によって調整することができる。浸漬成形物の厚さを薄くしたい場合、浸漬時間を短縮し、又は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の固形分濃度を低くすればよい。
クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物から得られる浸漬成形物は、硫黄又は加硫促進剤を含んでもよい。しかしながら、上記浸漬成形物は、硫黄及び加硫促進剤を含まずとも従来のクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスから得られる加硫浸漬成形物と同等かそれ以上の機械的特性を備える。このため、当該クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は本実施形態のクロロプレン系重合体の浸漬成形物(浸漬成形体)の原料として好適に用いられる。
7. 浸漬成形物の製造方法
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体を含む浸漬成形物の製造方法は、
上記のクロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を、浸漬凝固法によりカルシウム系凝固液を用いて成形し、浸漬成形体を得る成形工程、及び
得られた浸漬成形体に加熱乾燥処理を施して浸漬成形物を得る乾燥工程
を含むことができる。
本発明に係るクロロプレン系重合体を含む浸漬成形物の製造方法は、
上記のクロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を、浸漬凝固法によりカルシウム系凝固液を用いて成形し、浸漬成形体を得る成形工程、及び
得られた浸漬成形体に加熱乾燥処理を施して浸漬成形物を得る乾燥工程
を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態の浸漬成形体を製造する際の成形法としては、特に限定されず、常法に従って成形すればよい。成形法としては、例えば、浸漬凝固法、単純浸漬法、感熱浸漬法、電着法等が挙げられる。製造しやすい観点、及び、一定の厚さの浸漬成形体が得られやすい観点から、浸漬凝固法を用いることができる。具体的には、カルシウム系凝固液をコーティングしたセラミックス製の成形型をクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に浸漬し、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を凝固させる。そして、浸出により水溶性不純物を除去した後に乾燥させ、さらに、加熱し加硫することにより浸漬成形膜(ゴム被膜)を形成した後に浸漬成形膜を離型する。これにより、フィルム状の浸漬成形体を得ることができる。
また、本発明の一実施形態の浸漬成形物を製造する方法は、得られた浸漬成形体に加熱乾燥処理を施し、未加硫の浸漬成形体を加硫する工程を有するものとできる。加熱乾燥温度は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の組成に合わせて適宜設定すればよく、100~220℃、又は、120~180℃であってよい。加硫温度は、例えば、100、110、120、130、140、150、160、170、180、190、200、210、220℃であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。加熱乾燥時間は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物の組成、未加硫成形体の形状等によって適宜設定すればよく、10~300分であってよい。加熱乾燥時間は、例えば、10、20、30、40、50、60、70、80、90、100、110、120、130、140、150、160、170、180、190、200、210、220、230、240、250、260、270、280、290、300分であり、ここで例示した数値の何れか2つの間の範囲内であってもよい。一例として、本発明の一実施形態に係る浸漬成形物は、150℃で1時間加熱乾燥処理を施したものとできる。
以下、実施例に基づいて本発明を更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定して解釈されるものではない。

サンプリングしたラテックスを鉄製の金枠(150mm×210mm)に高さ1.5mm程度になるように注ぎ、23℃で3日間静置して揮発分を蒸発させて、乾燥シートを得た。得られた乾燥シートを用いて動的粘弾性測定を行った。結果を表1に示す。なお、測定条件については後述する。

内容積30Lの重合缶に、クロロプレン(単量体)100質量部、純水80質量部、ガムロジン系不均化ロジン酸カリウム(水溶液)(商品名「ロンヂスK-25」、荒川化学工業株式会社製)4質量部、n-ドデシルメルカプタン0.05質量部、水酸化ナトリウム0.4質量部、及びβ-ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物のナトリウム塩(商品名「デモールN」、花王株式会社製)0.7質量部を添加した。重合温度40℃にて窒素気流下で、重合開始剤として0.35質量%の過硫酸カリウム水溶液を連続的に添加して重合を行った。重合率90%となった時点で、重合停止剤である2,6-ターシャリーブチル-4-メチルフェノール0.05質量%を添加して重合を停止させることにより重合液を得た。重合液を減圧蒸留して未反応の単量体を除去、及び濃縮操作により固形分濃度55質量%のラテックスjを得た。
(合成例10)
内容積30Lの重合缶に、クロロプレン(単量体)100質量部、純水80質量部、ガムロジン系不均化ロジン酸カリウム(水溶液)(商品名「ロンヂスK-25」、荒川化学工業株式会社製)4質量部、n-ドデシルメルカプタン0.05質量部、水酸化ナトリウム0.4質量部、及びβ-ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物のナトリウム塩(商品名「デモールN」、花王株式会社製)0.7質量部を添加した。重合温度40℃にて窒素気流下で、重合開始剤として0.35質量%の過硫酸カリウム水溶液を連続的に添加して重合を行った。重合率90%となった時点で、重合停止剤である2,6-ターシャリーブチル-4-メチルフェノール0.05質量%を添加して重合を停止させることにより重合液を得た。重合液を減圧蒸留して未反応の単量体を除去、及び濃縮操作により固形分濃度55質量%のラテックスjを得た。
(合成例11)
合成例10において、n-ドデシルメルカプタンを0.25質量部としたこと以外は合成例10と同様の手順で重合を行った。得られた重合液を減圧蒸留して未反応の単量体を除去、及び濃縮操作により固形分濃度55質量%のラテックスkを得た。

<クロロプレン系重合体の動的粘弾性の測定>
各実施例比較例の乾燥シートを、クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムとして用いた。各実施例及び比較例のクロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムを切り出し、短冊状の試験片(幅:4.5mm、長さ:30mm、厚み:0.80~0.90mm)を作製した。得られた短冊状の試験片を用いて、非共振強制振動法に則った引張型の動的粘弾性測定(チャック間:20mm)を行った。測定条件は、静的張力5gf、温度25℃、歪み0.75%とし、周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδを測定した。測定装置としては、株式会社オリエンテック製DDV-25FPを用いた。結果を表1に示す。

重量平均分子量は、クロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスから析出した重合体をテトラヒドロフラン20mlに溶解することで得られた試料を用いて、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)にて下記記載の測定条件で測定した。

溶媒:テトラヒドロフラン
検量線:標準ポリスチレン(PS)を用いて作製した。
重量平均分子量は、クロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスから析出した重合体をテトラヒドロフラン20mlに溶解することで得られた試料を用いて、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)にて下記記載の測定条件で測定した。

<クロロプレン系重合体の2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン含有量の測定>
クロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスから析出した重合体を0.05mgの試験片に裁断し、熱分解ガスクロマトグラフにて測定し、クロロプレン由来のピークと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン由来のピークの面積比を求めた。クロロプレン由来のピークと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン由来のピークの面積比と2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン含有量との検量線を用いて、クロロプレン系重合体中の2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンの含有量(質量%)を求めた。
クロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスから析出した重合体を0.05mgの試験片に裁断し、熱分解ガスクロマトグラフにて測定し、クロロプレン由来のピークと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン由来のピークの面積比を求めた。クロロプレン由来のピークと2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン由来のピークの面積比と2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン含有量との検量線を用いて、クロロプレン系重合体中の2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンの含有量(質量%)を求めた。

以下の方法で、クロロプレン系重合体を含む浸漬成形物の評価を行った。
<引張特性評価用浸漬成形物の作製>
各クロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスの固形分100質量部に、水分散液を混合し、水を加えて配合物の全体の固形分濃度を30質量%に調整して、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を作製した。上記水分散液は、酸化亜鉛2種2質量部、p-クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応生成物(商品名「ノクラックPBK」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸(商品名「ノクラックBZ」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、硫黄1質量部、β-ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物のナトリウム塩(商品名「デモールN」、花王株式会社製)0.1質量部、及び水10.7質量部を、陶器製ボールミルを用いて、20℃で16時間混合し、調製した。得られたクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの固形分100質量部に対し、酸化亜鉛2種2質量部、p-クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応生成物(商品名「ノクラックPBK」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸(商品名「ノクラックBZ」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、硫黄1質量部、β-ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物のナトリウム塩(商品名「デモールN」、花王株式会社製)0.1質量部、及び水を含む。
<引張特性評価用浸漬成形物の作製>
各クロロプレン系重合体を含むラテックスの固形分100質量部に、水分散液を混合し、水を加えて配合物の全体の固形分濃度を30質量%に調整して、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物を作製した。上記水分散液は、酸化亜鉛2種2質量部、p-クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応生成物(商品名「ノクラックPBK」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸(商品名「ノクラックBZ」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、硫黄1質量部、β-ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物のナトリウム塩(商品名「デモールN」、花王株式会社製)0.1質量部、及び水10.7質量部を、陶器製ボールミルを用いて、20℃で16時間混合し、調製した。得られたクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物は、クロロプレン系重合体ラテックスの固形分100質量部に対し、酸化亜鉛2種2質量部、p-クレゾールとジシクロペンタジエンのブチル化反応生成物(商品名「ノクラックPBK」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸(商品名「ノクラックBZ」、大内新興化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、硫黄1質量部、β-ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物のナトリウム塩(商品名「デモールN」、花王株式会社製)0.1質量部、及び水を含む。
セラミックス製の手型状の7.5サイズの手術用手袋型の(株式会社シンコー製)を、水62質量部、硝酸カルシウム四水和物35質量部、及び炭酸カルシウム3質量部を混合した凝固液に1秒間浸して取り出した。3分間乾燥させた後、上述の手順により作製したクロロプレン系重合体ラテックス組成物に2分間浸した。その後45℃の流水で1分間洗浄し、150℃で60分間乾燥して、風合い評価用の手袋状の浸漬成形物フィルムを作製した。また、同様の手順で、セラミックス製の外径50mmの円筒型を用いて、引張特性評価用の浸漬成形物フィルムを作製した。
<引張特性>
(フィルム厚み)
試験片測厚器(高分子計器株式会社製、商品名:ASKER SDA-12)を用いて引張特性評価用の浸漬成形物フィルムの中央部の3か所の厚さ(フィルム厚)を測定し、最小の厚さを評価用フィルムの厚さとして得た。結果を表1に示す。
(フィルム厚み)
試験片測厚器(高分子計器株式会社製、商品名:ASKER SDA-12)を用いて引張特性評価用の浸漬成形物フィルムの中央部の3か所の厚さ(フィルム厚)を測定し、最小の厚さを評価用フィルムの厚さとして得た。結果を表1に示す。
(引張特性の測定)
引張特性評価用の浸漬成形物フィルムを用いて、JIS K 6251に準拠して100%伸長時モジュラス及び切断時引張強さを測定した。結果を表1に示す。

<手袋状の浸漬成形物の風合い評価>
得られた浸漬成形物(手袋状フィルム)を5人の被験者に触ってもらい、表面状態を触り伸ばし折り曲げることで浸漬成形物の風合いに関する評価を求めた。評価は以下の基準で行い、各被験者の評価の平均を四捨五入した値で表した。

Claims (5)
- クロロプレン系重合体であって、
温度25℃、歪み0.75%の条件下で、非共振強制振動法に則った引張型の動的粘弾性測定をした際に得られる、前記クロロプレン系重合体を含むフィルムの周波数10Hz領域の損失正接tanδが0.08~0.14であり、
前記フィルムは、前記クロロプレン系重合体を含むクロロプレン系重合体ラテックスを、23℃で3日間乾燥させて得られる、
クロロプレン系重合体。 - 前記クロロプレン系重合体のテトラヒドロフラン可溶分のゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー測定を行った際に、重量平均分子量が5,000~80,000のピークが検出される、請求項1に記載のクロロプレン系重合体。
- 前記クロロプレン系重合体が、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエンに由来する単量体単位を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載のクロロプレン系重合体。
- 請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のクロロプレン系重合体を含む、浸漬成形物。
- 工業・一般家庭用手袋、医療用手袋、風船、カテーテル又は長靴である、請求項4に記載の浸漬成形物。
