monitoramento em tempo real de amplificação isotérmica por loop(lamp) específico para sequência. diagnósticos baseados em gene capazes de rapidamente discriminar cepas selecionadas de um agente patogénico escolhido de outras populações da mesma espécie são divulgados. o monitoramento em tempo real de lamp de dna pode ser conseguido através do uso de sondas de oligonucleotídeos, referidas como "sondas de assimilação". as sondas de assimilação compreendem diuas cadeias de oligonucleotídeos, uma das quais compreende um extintor (referido como a sonda de extinção) e outro que compreende um fluoróforo (referido como sonda fluorescente) . um sinal fluorescente resulta quando as duas fitas são deslocadas uma da outra durante a reação de lamp. através do monitoramento da fluorescência emitida, a amplificação específica de sequência pode ser detectada.
