Abstract

Un sistema de matriz que comprende un portaobjetos para micromatrices configurado para detectar simultáneamente una diversidad de organismos en una muestra, en donde el portaobjetos para micromatrices comprende sondas de ácido nucleico que tienen fragmentos de secuencia de ARN 18S o 28S únicos para cada organismo o grupo taxonómico del mismo, en donde la pluralidad de organismos comprende organismos de algas tóxicas y en donde algunas de las sondas de ácido nucleico son específicas para la detección de la especie de cada organismo a detectar y otras sondas de ácido nucleico son específicas para la detección de al menos un taxón de nivel superior al que pertenece cada organismo a detectar, en donde el portaobjetos para micromatrices comprende: a. al menos una sonda seleccionada entre el grupo que consiste en controles positivos y negativos, que tiene una secuencia seleccionada entre la SEC ID NO: 1 a la SEC ID NO: 4, la SEC ID NO: 7 y la SEC ID NO: 8; b. al menos las dos sondas capaces de detectar selectivamente al menos uno de los microorganismos eucarióticos, que tienen secuencias dadas respectivamente en la SEC ID NO: 9 a la SEC ID NO: 10; c. al menos todas las sondas capaces de detectar selectivamente el filum taxonómico del organismo, que tiene secuencias dadas respectivamente en la SEC ID NO: 11 a la SEC ID NO: 13; d. al menos todas las sondas capaces de detectar selectivamente la clase taxonómica del organismo, que tienen secuencias dadas respectivamente en la SEC ID NO: 14 a la SEC ID NO: 16; e. al menos todas las sondas capaces de detectar selectivamente un clado taxonómico del organismo, a un nivel taxonómico intermedio entre clase y género, que tienen secuencias dadas respectivamente en SEC ID NO: 17 a SEC ID NO: 41; f. al menos todas las sondas capaces de detectar selectivamente el género taxonómico del organismo, que tienen secuencias dadas respectivamente en la SEC ID NO: 42 a la SEC ID NO: 69; g. al menos todas las sondas capaces de detectar selectivamente la especie taxonómica del organismo, que tienen secuencias dadas respectivamente en la SEC ID NO: 70 a la SEC ID NO: 252, y h. al menos todas las sondas capaces de detectar selectivamente la cepa taxonómica del organismo, en donde existen cepas tanto tóxicas como no tóxicas de la misma especie, que tienen secuencias dadas respectivamente en la SEC ID NO: 70 a la SEC ID NO: 252.
