Abstract
Método de detección de cáncer, basado en detectar el índice de metilación de un gen objetivo en una muestra de prueba, y utilizar el índice de metilación como el índice de detección para determinar el riesgo de tener cáncer, y dicho método comprende los pasos siguientes: paso 1: proporcionar una muestra de prueba aislada; paso 2: detectar el índice de metilación de la secuencia CpG en al menos un gen objetivo de dicha muestra de prueba, donde el gen objetivo comprende al menos uno del grupo que consiste en DBC1, PTPRR y ZNF582 y paso 3: determinar si hay cáncer o no en la muestra basándose en el índice de metilación en el gen objetivo, donde el cáncer es seleccionado del grupo consistente en cáncer de cuello de útero, cáncer de colon y cáncer de ovario.
