Abstract

BATELADA MESTRA DE CARGAS CONDUTORAS Á BASE DE CARBONO PARA FORMULAÇÕES LIQUIDAS, ESPECIALMENTE EM BATERIAS DE ÍON DE LI. A presente invenção refere-se a uma batelada-mestra sob forma sólida aglomerada que compreende: a) nano fibras e/ou nano tubos de carbono e/ou de negro de fumo, cuja taxa está compreendida entre 15% e 40% em peso, de preferência entre 20% e 35% em peso em relação ao peso total da batelada-mestra; b) pelo menos um solvente; c) pelo menos um polímero ligante, que representa de 1% a 40% em peso, de preferência de 2% a 30% em peso em relação ao peso total da batelada-mestra. A presente invenção refere-se igualmente a uma batelada-mestre concentrada. A presente invenção refere-se igualmente a uma batelada-mestra concentrada, caracterizada pelo fato de que ela é obtida por eliminação de todo ou de parte do solvente da batelada-mestra descrita anteriormente. Ela também se refere a um processo de preparação das ditas bateladas-mestras e ás utilizações destas últimas, especialmente na fabricação de um eletrodo ou de um material compósito para eletrodo.
