Abstract

substrato para a imobilização de substâncias funcionais e método para preparação do mesmo a presente invenção se refere a um substrato com compostos nele dispostos para a imobilização de uma molécula funcional, cada composto tendo uma cadeia compreendendo: um radical r que é quimicamente acoplado as substrato, o radical r sendo selecionado a partir do grupo consistindo de um éter, éster, carbonila, éster, de carbonato, tioéter, dissulfeto, sulfinila, sulfonila, e carbonotioila; e um radical contendo epóxido que é acoplado ao radical r por um ligante compreendendo de pelo menos um grupo nucleofilico. métodos de preparação do substrato e utilização do substrato são também descritos.
