sistema de processo de rebatimento de rolo. as matrizes de rebatimento podem ser montadas nos dois gabaritos de sujeição respectivos (22) dos estágios de processo de rebatimento (s1,s2), cada um tendo uma plataforma giratória como uma parte principal. depois que as matrizes de rebatimento são alocadas em subestágios (s11), o processo de rebatimento de rolo é realizado pelos robôs de processo de rebatimento (1a,1b) ou robôs de processo de rebatimento (2a,2b). os dispositivos de armazenamento de matriz (15a,15b) para alojar várias matrizes de rebatimento em uma linha, são fornecidos na vizinhaça dos estágios de processamento de rebatimento (s1,s2). as matrizes de rebatimento são mudadas entre os dispositivos de armazenamento de matriz (15a,15b) e os subestágios (s12) dos estágios de processo de rebatimento (s1,s2) pelos primeiro e segundo robôs de mudança de matriz (17,19). isto torna possível fornecer um sistema de processo de rebatimento de rolo adequado para o processo de rebatimento de rolo em fabricação de baixo volume e alta variedade.
