Abstract
preparação e uso de um catalisador para produção de etanol compreendendo um modificador de suporte cristalino. a presente invenção refere-se a um catalisador compreendendo um primeiro metal, um suporte silicáceo e pelo menos um modificador de suporte de metassilicato, em que pleo menos 1% em peso do pelo menos um modificador de suporte de metassilicato está na fase cristalina, conforme determinado p difração de raios x. a invenção também se refere a processos para formação desses catalisadores, aos suportes usados com eles e a processos para hidrogênio do ácido na presença desses catalisadores.
