método para produção de um multímero polipeptídico, multíme-ros polipeptídicos, método para purificar um multímero polipep-tídico, ácido nucleico, vetor, célula, e composição farmacêutica. a presente invenção fornece métodos eficientes baseados na alteração da afinidade de ligação à proteína a, para produzir ou purificar anticorpos multiespecíficos que têm a atividade da ligação a dois ou mais tipos de antígenos com alta pureza por somente uma etapa de purificação baseada em proteína a. os métodos da presente invenção para produção ou purificação de anticorpos multiespecíficos que caracterizam resídu-os de aminoácido alterados da região constante e/ou região variável da cadeia pesada do anticorpo. os anticorpos multiespecíficos com uma atividade de ligação à proteína a alterada, que exibem retenção plasmática comparável ou mais longa do que aquela de igg1 humana, podem ser eficientemente preparados com alta pureza pela introdu-ção de alterações de aminoácidos da presente invenção em anticorpos.
