Abstract
dispositivo e método para produzir vidro de segurança laminado. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositio e a um método para produzir vidro de segurança laminado a partir de pelo menos dois painéis de vidro tendo uma camada adesiva disposta entre eles. a fim de prover um dispositivo e um método para produzir vidro de segurança laminado que permite a produção com custo eficaz de vidro de segurança laminado, o dispositivo compreende uma placa de base e uma placa de cobertura que podem ser ajustadas uma com relação à outra entre uma posição de operação e uma posição de remoção, um quadro de vedação disposto de um modo estanque à pressão na posição de operação sobre a placa de base e a placa de cobertura, meio para criar um vácuo em um espaço formado entre um material de revestimento cobrindo os painéis de vidro na posição de operação e a placa de base , meio para criar uma sobrepressão no espaço de trabalho criado entre a placa de cobertura e o material de revestimento flexível disposto sobre os painéis de vidro na posição de operação, e meio de aquecimento para aquecer os painéis de vidro a serem unidos.
