Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR PARTìCULAS, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA MISTURA DE Pó SECO E COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA". Métodos e aparelhos são oferecidos para produzir particulas, compreendendo: (a) aspersão de uma emulsão, solução, ou suspensão, compreendendo um solvente e material a granel (por exemplo um agente farmacêutico) através de um atomizador (14) e dentro de uma primeira câmara de secagem (12), que é atravessada por um gás de secagem, visando formar gotículas, compreendendo o solvente e o material a granel, dispersos no gás de secagem; (b) evaporação, na primeira câmara de secagem (12), ao menos uma parcela do solvente dentro do gás de secagem para solidificar as gotículas e formar partículas dispersas no gás de secagem; e (c) fazer fluir as partículas, e ao menos uma parcela do gás de secagem, por uma unidade de processamento a jato em linha (24) para desaglomerar ou moer as partículas. Acoplando a secagem de spray com a unidade de processamento a jato em linha, é gerado um processo de etapa única de duas operações separadas da unidade, e uma etapa adicional de coleta é vantajosamente eliminada. O processo de etapa única, em linha, tem outras vantagens em tempo e custo de processamento.
