Abstract
"ELEVADOR DE TENSIONADOR HIDRáULICO". A presente invenção proporciona um elevador de tensionador hidráulico (20) o qual pode reduzir o tempo de enchimento de óleo pressurizado em uma câmara de óleo (25) que possui ar em seu interior e uma função de amortecimento de vibração. Um elevador de tensionador hidráulico (20) para aplicar uma tensão a uma banda de transmissão de potência sem fim de um mecanismo de transmissão de potência inclui um êmbolo (24) montado para um movimento deslizante dento de um furo de acomodação (23) de um corpo de tensionador (B) e cooperando com o corpo de tensionador (B) para definir uma câmara de óleo (25) entre eles. Um mecanismo de sangria de ar é fornecido para descarregar o ar da câmara de óleo (25) para o exterior desta. A válvula de purga (P) tem uma função de válvula de retenção (C) para permitir a descarga do ar dentro da câmara de óleo (25) para o exterior desta, mas bloquear a admissão do ar e do óleo pressurizado localizados fora da câmara de óleo (25) para dentro desta. Em adição o volume de óleo dentro da câmara de óleo (25) pode ser diminuído por uma porção de guia de mola (39a), a qual está acomodada no interior da mola de tensionamento (26) para guiá-la.
