Abstract

"CATALISADORES BIMETáLICOS COM MAIOR ATIVIDADE". A invenção refere-se a métodos de preparação de catalisadores bimetálicos. Métodos estes que incluem as etapas de proporcionar um catalisador não-metaloceno suportado, contatar uma pasta fluida do catalisador não-metaloceno suportado em um hidrocarboneto não-polar com uma solução de um composto metaloceno e um alumoxano, e secar o produto de contato para obter um catalisador bimetálico suportado. O catalisador não-metaloceno suportado é preparado através de desidratação de um material de suporte particulado sob uma temperatura maior que 600<198>C, preparação de uma pasta fluida do suporte desidratado em um hidrocarboneto não-polar, contato da pasta fluida com um composto de organomagnésio e um álcool, contato da pasta fluida resultante com um composto não-metaloceno de um metal de transição do Grupo 4 ou do Grupo 5, e secagem do produto de contato para obter um catalisador não-metaloceno suportado como um pó que flui livremente. Os catalisadores bimetálicos mostram aumento de atividade em relação aos catalisadores preparados usando materiais de suporte desidratados sob temperaturas menores.
