Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA IMPOR PERMANêNCIA A UM MATERIAL FIBROSO, MATERIAL FIBROSO, ESTRUTURA, MéTODO DE IMPOR PERMANêNCIA A UM MATERIAL FIBROSO, PROCESSO PARA IMPOR PERMANêNCIA A UMA FIBRA DE PARA-ARAMIDA E FIBRA DE PARA-ARAMIDA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para impor permanência a um material fibroso não termoplástico moldado que compreende a submissão, sob baixa tensão, do material fibroso não termoplástico moldado a campo eletromagnético constante e uniformemente distribuído gerado por um reator de microondas de cavidade ressonante cilíndrica Transverse Magnetic 010 de modo único, em que o campo eletromagnético uniformemente distribuído é operado em freq³ências de 5 MHz a 500 GHz, o material fibroso não termoplástico moldado é processado através do campo eletromagnético uniformemente distribuído sob velocidade de 0,01 a 1200 m/min, a velocidade de aumento da temperatura do material fibroso não termoplástico moldado é de menos de 300<198>C/s e o material fibroso não termoplástico moldado compreende pelo menos uma estrutura polimérica que compreende grupos amino e pelo menos 0,05% em peso de composição aquosa. A presente invenção também se refere a material fibroso não termoplástico moldado permanentemente obtido através deste processo, particularmente a fibras torcidas permanentemente, e a uma estrutura que compreende esse material fibroso não termoplástico moldado.
