Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un proceso para impartir permanencia a un material fibroso no termoplastico, conformado, que comprende exponer, bajo baja tension, el material fibroso no termoplastico conformado a un campo electromagnetico uniformemente distribuido y constante generado por un reactor de microondas de cavidad resonante cilindrico, modo Transversal Magnetico 010, modo sencillo, el campo electromagnetico uniformemente distribuido se opera a frecuencias desde 5 MHz a 500 GHZ, - el material fibroso no termoplastico conformado se procesa a traves del campo electromagnetico uniformemente distribuido a una velocidad de 0.01 a 1200 m/min, - la velocidad del incremento de temperatura del material fibroso no termoplastico conformado es menor que 300 degree C/s, - el material fibroso no termoplastico conformado comprende al menos una estructura polimerica que comprende grupos amino y al menos 0.05% en peso de una composicion acuosa. La invencion tambien se refiere a material fibroso no termoplastico permanente conformado obtenido por el proceso, en particular a fibras permanentemente torcidas, y a una estructura que comprende este material fibroso no termoplastico, conformado.
