Abstract

"PROCESSOS E SISTEMAS PARA EPOXIDAçãO DE UMA OLEFINA". Processo para epoxidação de uma olefina, o processo compreendendo reação de uma alimentação compreendendo a olefina, oxigênio e um modificador de reação em presença de um catalisador a base de prata, com o modificador de reação estando presente em uma quantidade relativa Q, que é a razão de uma quantidade molar eficaz das espécies ativas do modificador de reação presente na alimentação para uma quantidade molar eficaz de hidrocarbonetos presentes na alimentação e o processo compreendendo as etapas de: - operação em uma primeira fase de operação, onde o valor de Q é Q~ 1~, e - sub-seq³entemente operando em uma segunda fase operacional onde a composição de alimentação é diferente da composição de alimentação empregada na primeira fase operacional, tal que, o valor de Q é Q~ 2~, pelo que, o valor do quociente Q~ 2~/Q~ 1~ está na faixa de cerca de 0,5 a 1,5; um sistema apropriado para realizar o processo e um produto de programa de computador e um sistema de computador apropriados para uso em conexão com o processo.
