Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE ELETRODOS DE DIFUSãO A GáS". Processo para preparação de eletrodos de difusão a gás, que são particularmente apropriados para o emprego em células de eletrólito, com os quais é preparado um tecido plano por laminação de uma mistura em pó, que contém pelo menos um catalisador ou uma mistura de catalisador e um aglutinante. Em uma forma de execução preferida do processo de acordo com a invenção a força de fixação dos cilindros durante o processo de laminação da mistura em pó permanece constante. A força de fixação situa-se aqui na faixa de 0,2 kN/cm até 15 kN/cm. Em uma segunda forma de execução preferida da invenção, o diâmetro dos cilindros é no máximo de 15 cm. Em uma terceira forma de execução preferida, o tecido plano está ligado por laminação sob uma força linear de 0,1 kN/cm até 2 kN/cm com um veículo de catalisador eletricamente condutor.
